Great new upgrade- loaded with options, can add additional SD card cameras and screen knocks it out of the park. The pen is an upgrade too

As a Samsung Note owner over several years, I must admit this device is a well designed phone, with many features that may take me awhile to get into. Outside of a few quirks in this device, very good Note20 Ultra. Of course, the camera bump on the back is a little extreme, also the refresh rate being 120hz can be a big drain on the battery, but overall, very nice. I traded my previous device(Samsung Note 10 Plus) to purchase this one. A bit larger screen compared to the Note10 Plus 6.8 vs. 6.9 inch screen, that's it for me with large screens. Go ahead & pull the trigger, purchase this Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G 128!!

Had the note 8, but it was getting slow so i decide to take the plunge and get the note 20 ultra. So glad i did. Its fast, takes great photos.

Phone is awesome. Best Buy and AT&T need to communicate more openly. I was able to purchase phone from the store and finance it, but AT&T would not activate a new line of service on the device.

Needed a new phone since my Note 8 was having some USB charging port issues, and battery life would only last at most 6 hours of not heavy use. My candidates were the S21 Ultra, and the Note20 Ultra. They are very similar in many ways, but I went for the Note20 because of the ability to expand storage via an SD card which the S21 could not do, and the great price Best Buy had on the phone. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and enjoy all of it's features, especially the size and quick charging ability of the battery. I highly recommend it.

Great upgrade I love Android the Note 20 is the best. Picture quality is great still able to use my pen for alot of the features.

The battery life on this phone is amazing. The picture quality is pro I have yet to mess around with all the stylus perks but so far it has been great.

Bought the newcell phone at Best Buy N.H. while I was on vacation in Maine. I love the Camera quality and the size of the screen.

Watching my movies or TV shows us awesome with the curved screen. The sound is available from both ends and very clear. The 5G makes such a difference but unfortunately its only available in certain areas but that will soon change with expanding network. This pen is a game changer with its multi functions of pen and remote. The application to use pen i can draw or create creative pieces. I love this phone and am so glad I chose to upgrade.

Awesome phone. Battery life last the whole day and the stylus is great for quick note taking.

Liking this new phone quite a lot. Camera is much better, storage options are good with the extra sim card. I'm definitely not a tech-y person, so someone who is will be able to make much better use of this phone can I can. My only complaint is that I can't seem to find a way to assign sounds for various apps -- specifically the message app. The sound it as is so quiet I never hear when messages come in and unfortunately that is the way I do alot of communication for service work and family contacts.

I highly recommend this phone to anyone! Very fast and easy to use. Tons of features and the cameras are insanely high definition.

Love this phone! Unfortunately I can't give it 5 stars as it quit working after 7months. Hopefully the one ATT sent me as a replacement will work better. But I love the camera. It takes wonderful pictures. Pulls up apps and webpages quickly.
