I was hesitant at first going to the Note, but I love the features, and ease of use, especially love the Camera.

One of the best phone ever. I really love Samsung Galaxy Note and this Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G is the best Christmas gift to myself. I loved the resolution, the Camera, the sound, fast internet connection (5G). It's pricey but it's all worth it because I traded in my Note 9, AT&T valued it at $700 plus the promotional discount of $300 so ended up paying $300 only (Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G original cost is $1,300). I highly recommend this phone.

What a great upgrade frome the note 8. Transferring data was a breeze. Phone is fast. Pictures are amazing.

My son switched from Apple to Android, and this was his choice for his birthday. He loves it, and he researched it very thoroughly before making a decision. It was a huge change. The camera is amazing, with definition and clarity that is hard to beat. He said, “It’s almost like having a little PC in my hand.” Comes highly recommended from a tech guy.

OMG!! I love this phone. It's my 5th galaxy phone. It does everything that the advertisement says it's suppose to do. Some of the reviews said that the fingerprint is hard to use with a phone protector, but I have not had an issue with it at all. It's the best phone that I have ever purchased, by far. I was going to upgrade to an S10 but decided that I might as well get the Note 20 Ulta. So glad I did. I'm happy that I got it at Best Buy because their customer has been great, especially answering questions regarding this phone. I only do reviews if I've had bad experiences, but I had to do this one because I am so pleased and happy with my phone. If you're having a had time deciding, just do it. You'll be glad you did. It's really worth it!!!

Good smartphone and fast. However, wished that they would have keeped the expandable SD slot for the phone. Stop doing what cr-apple doing and continue being great with the products. I wish thay this was the last series the Note lineup. With screen off, phone chargers very fast. Phones are costing too much

After owning an iPhone for the past decade I decided to jump ship and purchase the Note 20 Ultra. Some of the main features that attracted me to the device are the S PEN and micro USB card slot. I'm also a huge fan of the display. However the colors on the front and rear facing camera just don't do it for me. Cameras aside im extremely happy with this device and the costumer service that Bestbuy provided.
