Overall this is a great phone. I am impressed with the general speed and primarily working from home have been on my WiFi 6 connection which even further impresses me with the speed. And the camera is second to none. We have a very nice Cannon DSLR and this phone takes pictures that look just as good as the DSLR in my opinion, granted I am not a professional photographer but still beyond impressed. The only downside I have found is the screen scratches pretty easy which is disappointing due to the new Gorilla Glass it has. I keep my phone in my pocket and we do not have keys, just key fobs for our cars which are all push to start and all our locks are digital so no keys there yet the screen is still in bad shape. So if you get it I strongly recommend getting either a case with a screen protector or getting a separate high quality screen protector to preserve the screen and prevent scratches.

It's a very good phone. Battery lasts a long time. Camera is fantastic! Pictures and videos come out so clear and natural looking, like you are viewing them in person. All my apps work great, especially my security cameras data. Best Buy offers the best deal on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone. The customer service was excellent, when I picked up my phone. She transferred all my data, which was super helpful for a senior citizen like me. My trade in phone information was also wiped out in front of me, by doing a factory reset. Excellent phone and excellent service!

This is the bect phone i have ever purchased. Similar features of all Notes, just a lot better. The processor, the pen, the camera, and even the speaker.

The Note 20 Ultra 5G is a fine machine. It operates quickly and efficiently. It has a brilliant display. The S pen is a great feature of this phone.

I was hesitant to swap from my iPhone to this phone. I have since swapped and been very happy. The battery life was my first concern but it goes all day for me with the average of 65% left at the end of the evening so I’m happy with that. The call quality is great no more dropped calls at the house. The phone has no issue with all my Bluetooth devices. It has so much customization you can pick from keyboards to themes that give it a different look .it works with windows pc and the S pen is an amazing tool at your fingertips.

Have had note phones for last 10 yrs besides the 7 that one I went with the s7edge and my last one was note 9 which I loved.... this note 20 ultra is hands down best phone ive ever owned and I believe it to be best phone available today... the photos and video are AMAZING...the screen is unreal and most of all the battery life is fantastic.. have heard some complaints from other altho I think that is the exynos version but this phone is amazing.... add in fast charging its just a beast of a phone and I cant recommend it enough

Great! Love the color, the camera, the pen. Samsung makes it so easy to upgrade. The size feels good. Easy to read and write.

I was in dire need of an update (my Note5 just stopped working). The Note20 Ultra is fast. The screen is so bright I have it on the lowest intensity pretty much all day. The battery life is substantially longer than what I was used to. I charge it once a day and when it does need charged, it charges very quickly. The picture quality is so amazing. I enjoy the large screen. I like purchases my phones at Best Buy because if I have any questions the people that work in my area store are knowledgeable and very willing to help.

I had a really great experience. Two employees at the Bellevue Best Buy, Eiji and Jessika (from Samsung) spent considerable time describing my options and pointing out their relative merits. After I made my selection, they were really helpful in making all the data transfer seamless and really easy for me, and Eiji spent extra time making sure I got the discount I was owed. My thanks to Eiji and Jessika! I also really like my phone - the camera is great and the large screen makes it really easy to use.

I absolutely love this phone. The ability to customize practically everything from icons, fonts, to keyboard and widgets has me confident I will never go back to Apple. I am glad I sprung for the Note Ultra because the camera is amazing and the pen makes work productivity on the go a breeze. It's also super fun to play with using drawing apps such as PENUP. I have never been happier with a smart phone before. If you're on the fence and can take advantage of a sale to bring the sticker price down--just do it!

After a few years of considering it and even a false start or two I finally took the dive and made the switch to the Galaxy Note. I was able to get this phone for $450 off during Black Friday so that only adds to the value. Samsung made it easy to move all of your information and get your apps downloaded to the phone when switching from an iPhone to a Galaxy Note using an app called Smart Switch. Everything game over pretty easily including my text message history, photos, contacts, etc. What was not easy was getting group messages to work. If you had an iPhone and had group messages where everyone in the group are iPhone users then there's a chance that you'll have issues getting it to work. My issue differed from group thread to group thread. In one group I could see one person's response but not the other three people. In another group I could not see anyone's messages. This is beyond frustrating and only made worse by the fact that its not like there's an error message that lets you know this is happening. This is also happening dispite turning off iMessage on all of my Apple devices and deregistering my phone number from iMessage through Apple's website. Long story short, after talking to Apple, Best Buy, Samsung, and Verizon I didn't get a fix; which is terrible for the customer. I almost returned this phone to go back to iPhone but found that there are a million other messaging platforms you can use like Whats App, Facebook Messenger, Signal, Telegram, etc. While I should not have to be the person to convince my friends and family of iPhone users to use a different messaging platform I also abhor vendor lock-in. And going back to iPhone for that one thing would have been just that in my opinion. Moral of the story: If you're going to make the switch from iPhone to this phone (or any Android phone) there will be bumps along the way; some much more frustrating than others. You should know that going into it. But the phone is really good. I definitely recommend it; especially if you can get it on sale.

This is very nice phone well designed the mystic bronze color hides fingerprints well. It's fast and doesn't slow down when a lot of apps are open. Now the downside. Face recognition is hit or miss. It would be great if the camera was faster and it's performance at night could be better. When is all said and done it's still a really good phone fun to use and worth the money if you using a phone that is over two years old. But if you have the S 20 Ultra, the Note 10 or the Note 10 Plus I wouldn't upgrade because for 3 years Samsung is providing software upgrades for these phones.

Has a great camera. I enjoy how fast the phone processes things. The screen is huge which gives me and my son something to do.

Best phone by Samsung so far. I've had 7-8 phones and this one is the best.

I went from the Note 8 to the Note20 Ultra 5G. Seamless switchover with all my stuff. What I really like is the long lasting battery. The phone is the right size for me and the camera is awesome. My only reservation is that sending videos via text to those with iPhones don't always go through and my friends say the videos come through tiny. I love this phone, and it recognizes my face and also my fingerprint. You can have as much or as little security you want.

Went from the Samsung S9+ to this Note 20 Ultra and it has been worth the upgrade. Samsung has done a great job on the finish of these phones and the look too good to put a case on. But it is worth it to go with a good case like the Otterbox Defender. The battery life on this new Note has been great. I have not had a note phone since the note 5 and really missed having the pen. Being able to take a quick note on the screen is one feature I love about the Note phones.

Took this on a driving trip to see wildlife and took many pictures. Pulled out my 35 mm to take pictures too. We stopped and took pictures at the side of the road for so many different things. People actually were just as impressed with the pictures from the phone as they were with the 35 mm pictures. It will make packing easier. Love the quality of the calls and the battery lasts all day. The screen is bright enough even at the low setting! Love this phone/camera etc.

The Samsung note 20 is a great phone. It takes some getting use to since it has features that the previous models don't have. Some of the features are; when using the stylus you can do different functions without touching the phone face. The expandable memory and an additional memory card can be added. Also, the camera is fantastic and with vivid colors from the pictures taken are much better than any phone out there. I gave it 4 stars because I have yet to use all the features and because there are some features that are hidden and you either figure it out, call customer service, or by trial and error like turning the phone off or on.
