I love the Note series and I adore the Note 20. Unfortunately, I only had mt beautiful phone for 3 months when the charging port started to malfunction. I truly believe Samsung is deliberately sabotaging their phones by using defective parts made to last for weeks instead of years. I have bought Samsung exclusively since 2000 but the new phone I had to buy to replace my Note 20 is the last one. Never again. My Note 5 and Note 9 had the same charging port problems and my current S23+ is suffering the same fate, as did my S21+. Done, and done.

I love everything about this phone, and I have had almost every Note model that has come out since Note 3.. not a ton of difference from Note 10+, but mine broke and had to replace. Battery is better, but if you use your phone a lot you are going to use a lot of battery, this is true for any phone I've ever had. Beware of the back glass, I did not even realize this phone had back glass until I broke it taking it out of the case. A good case is most definitely essential!

I have had this phone for 18 months, and I am absolutely thrilled with it after all this time. The display is gorgeous, the operating system is delightful, and I don't plan to part with it until it is obsolete. Meaning no more security or app updates. The camera is excellent; I can't see any problems with the photos that I have taken. It is a true flagship phone. It is unlocked, so I can change carriers when I want to.

This was a surprise upgrade when my wife got her first big bonus at her new job. My previous phone was a Samsung too, but nothing compared to this. I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted. Unlike her phone, mine stays charged for ages and I love that it tells me when it’s rapid charging. Screen quality is great. Sound quality is great. Kinda tough to find a good glass screen protector due to the rolled edge, but that’s my only complaint.

I love my Galaxy Note 20+ .. It has a long battery life. The quality of the photos is amazing. I highly recommend

I've had my phone for almost 2 years and it still is working really well i love it.

This is a beautiful, quality-feeling phone with a great screen and solid performance. The silky, matte finish on the back feels great and doesn't collect fingerprints. Although, you will likely not want to chance rocking this without a case for long. It's a bit awkward to hold onto securely without a case. The Samsung Rugged Protective Cover case is an excellent option that provides the perfect amount of protection and functionality without adding unnecessary bulk. The one super annoying drawback of this phone is the in-screen fingerprint reader. It's slow and unreliable. Even after registering the same finger twice, multiple times, in all sorts of positions to cover all possibilities, I'd say it's 50-50 on how often it works. The optimum moisturization of your fingertip, the perfect amount of pressure and the planets of the universe all have to be aligned for this to work. Apple's TouchID is light years ahead of this fingerprint reader when it comes to speed and reliability. That could be one reason Apple hasn't yet released an in-screen fingerprint reader themselves. The face unlock feature is a bit more reliable--no where near as good as Apple's FaceID, but it's better than the fingerprint reader, but likely not as secure. If you're okay with alternate unlock methods (PIN, Pattern, Google Smart Lock) then this phone is top tier. Given the high price, however, it's hard for me to forgive the horrible fingerprint sensor performance.

Great phone overall. Love having an S Pen back. A little big to operate one handed but powerful and fast. Limited options for cases and accessories but I love the phone overall. Battery does NOT last as long as advertised.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is an amazingly reliable and promising phone. It has everything you could think of in a phone plus more. The use of the stylus is really neat and the way it writes and colors has such great detail with the capability of a thick marker to a fine point pen. The size is one of the biggest phones on the market right now which makes it great for watching movies and shows. The first time I watched something I turned the volume up and was amazed at the perfect sound coming from this phone! 10/10 so far.
