Love my phone and i love best buy becuase they have good prices and good deals love it

I can't believe how big the phone is. Also the camera is great just buy a case.

Like using the notes feature. Takes great pictures. Has a long battery life. Samsung will always have better phones.

Love this phone. It is perfect. Easy to setup. Weight is good. Not too heavy. Fits hand well. Bought the bronze ultra . Lovely color. Enjoying the pen upgrade. Camera need to learn how to use it better. Fantastic pictures. I know it is expensive but get it. I got unlocked version. The annual one shot cost is just about the same as AT&T monthly rate. This way no contract lock.

Super cool powder coating with clear coat! Works good. Except a few glitches would definitely buy Samsung again. Idk about note though. Might get s20 instead.love the s pen though

Best phone I've ever had. Camera is phenomenal, screen is beautiful and it's blazing fast. Plus, 5G is great.

It's a good phone with a beautiful large screen. Call quality is great and the battery lasts me a whole day. The camera is the highlight of the phone for me due to it's telephoto lens that can zoom in at 5X and the main sensor takes photos on par with dedicated cameras. The lack of a headphone jack is annoying beyond belief and a shock to me given it was present in my Note 9. The lack of any adapters, earphones and extra tips for the pen in the box upset me given the high price of the device and those accessories came standard on previous devices.

Love this phone. I’m an Apple person but this was my first Android. I loved and would definitely buy another one.

Amazing phone with all the possible features. The 108MP camera is not necessary most of hte time, but it is nice to have hte option. This is the first Note I've ever owned, and the SPen is awesome. It really does feel as though you are writing with a real pen. Coupled with the other abilities (use it as a shutter, sign documents, etc), it is a great addition to the phone. If only the phone wasn't so expensive...

Best phone ever ... sadly galaxy discontinued the note series!

I have been using Galaxy Note 20 Ultra for 4 months now. This phone delivers everything I expected from a flagship device. My favorite is the big, vibrant, sharp, and smooth display. Camera is also great; certainly better than every smartphones I have used in the past. I had great deal at Best Buy when it was launched. I did trade-in my old phone (Note 9), and got a decent value from Best Buy. Great phone, great deal at Best Buy.

Amazing phone, but way too expensive... Being as expensive as the most Iphone is shameful. The beauty of it used to be that you would get a much superior product at a fraction of the cost of the Iphone. It's still a much superior product, but now it's as expensive. So therefore, it's less attractive as it used to be.
