I would definitely recommend a solid case if you're planning to spend this much money on a phone. I purchased the clear Samsung case with kickstand as I really wanted to see the beautiful color of the phone. The IP68 rating means that it will be fine with water and dust, but drop protection is still a must. The cameras, S-pen, AMOLED screen quality, 120 Hz refresh rate, solid 5G data connection, build quality, etc. are all top notch. This phone will probably hold the crown for best Android phone for a good while, and it has key feature bumps that made me especially want this phone--namely the 5G and the 120 Hz screen.

The new samsung phone ultra 5g is so amazing. Has a bunch of new features. Upgraded the Note20 Ultra 5G is a fantastic phone, with many amazing and useful features. The S Pen is now a useful tool with plenty of applications as well as being a smooth and precise stylus, the camera is fantastic and fun to use, and the screen is beautiful, likely the best phone screen on the market to watch content on. Top of the line specs make the user experience extremely fluid, and customization and user friendliness are at an all time high for Samsung, making this phone everything you want it to be and more.

I use to always get LG phones until I had bought the Samsung A10e, and I don't think I'll switch back to Lg this phone has everything you want in a camera also has a lot of features and its own apps with the S Pen, as well as optional apps to download. Its definently different and vibrant. The pen is its own version of the phone so in all the note packs a lot of features and I'm still learning more its not one of those phones you get bored with weather its the camera your looking for in a phone or games its perfect for either or.

So far so good. No issues so far. I have it in a case & then put it in another soft case so it doesn't scratch the screens. For me its very fast. It was easy to load all my apps & transfer things from my old phone to this one. The pen is fun. The pictures are amazing. I haven't fully used the one and all the options. If I had one complaint its that the buttons are in different areas from my old Samsung S4 & the same on the screen so its taking some getting used to which ones to press to turn the screen on & off, volume etc. However the one itself is amazing. I always had issues texting as my thumbs are big but I don't have that issue with this phone & I am easily & quickly able to text. I haven't used the pen much but it's fun to doodle on the screen & I love how big everything looks. Graphics are amazing on videos.

Had a note before and was talked into a different phone. So since I was forced to upgrade when tmobile took over sprint I decided I wanted a Galaxy note again. Best phone ever. Has plenty of storage. Has a micro memory card slot for extra storage which I use alot. Very easy to use. Has the S pen which I use almost daily. The battery life is extremely good. Was told this is the last Note samsung is making. Im sad to see these wonderful phones disappear. Notes have been the best phones I have ever owned.

I had the N10+ and the fingerprint reader and facial recognition did not work well (8 out of 10 times) but everything else did work. But what use is the phone if it is a hassle to unlock? The N20 Ultra 5G works much better (9.5 out of 10 times). I do miss the retinal scanner to unlock secure web pages on my Note 9 (fingerprint scanner worked better than the N10 or N20!). I miss the 256GB storage on the N10+ (only 128GB on the N20U5G). I solved that by buying a 256 Samsung card on sale ($59.99). I love the screen and the 120Hz refresh rate. The camera is good if not better than the N10+ but I haven't used it much yet. However, I tried the night mode and very impressed with it. Same with the new S Pen. The limited use of both so far has been good. The battery life is the same as the N10+ even though the N20U5G has a larger battery. What has me surprised is that 5G is available in my area even though Sprint/T-Mobile map doesn't show its available here. The speeds varies with location and which tower is used. T-Mobile uses low band frequency 5G and the speed is the same or slightly faster than LTE. Now the merge with Sprint opens up the mid band frequency and the speed I have measured 150-250mbps. The high band frequency (mm 5G) is owned by Verizon and is not available here. Verizon doesn't have much 5G nationwide coverage and even if it did, the mm 5G range is very limited (1 square block). The cost was a big factor in purchasing this. I commend Best Buy in giving a discount on pre-ordering and a very good trade in value for my N10+. I was pleasantly surprised when Samsung also threw in an extra $50 in their $150 store credit when I pre-ordered through Best Buy. Without all the discounts/trade in value/credits, I would not say this was a good bang for the buck.

Samsung is the best when it comes to quality and technology advance. The camera is amazing.

Best phone to date. I've had this phone since April 2021 and have loved it every day. The battery is great, the quality of photos this phone takes is amazing. I never have to worry about filling this phone up due to size. Only bad thing, if you will, is the overall size of the phone with a case is large- it doesn't fit all the way in a jean pocket but honestly, I don't care nor does it bother me because of everything this phone offers.

Great phone, especially coming from iOS. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve and you have to get creative in making it sync with your other devices. But the phone itself is beautiful, the camera is great, speed is amazing, and it's likely the last Galaxy phone that stores an S-Pen. The only cons would be the middling battery life (mitigated by extremely fast charging though) and the curved sides are useless and prone to accidental touches.

Love the new Note20. User friendly, long lasting battery and the camera(s) is excellent. The features are familiar, so are easy to use, the only issue I have is with voicemail. It has visual voicemail so I had to download an app to use it. When I click on voicemail it sits and spins for about 20 seconds or I get an error message. When I get the error I can choose to call voicemail so it's not too inconvenient.

Note 20 ultra is an excellent phone Speed, Camera, stylus make it excellent

Very happy with my new Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G 128GB cell phone! First of all, the design is beautiful and it looks great in white - which hasn't been available for quite some time. I traded my Note9 for it so not too many upgrades from that one, but still very happy to have new, faster processing phone with even larger screen! Still has functional Note pen, which is my fave feature on the phone.

Love this phone!! The camera is great, pictures come out looking live and so real. I like the color mystic bronze and how it has the pen to use for writing, signature on forms, notes and etc. Its function is very fast indeed and has so much memory. I loved this phone so much I had to purchase one for my husband.

I love this phone. I love the note phones by Samsung. I am glad I upgrade to the Note 20 Ultra 5G. The S Pen writes so smooth not like the Note 10 I had. I would never own anything but a note phone. I love using my pen because my fingers always hits the wrong letters. I can't say enough about this phone. The camera is excellent.

This is definitely the top notch Android phonr available in the market. The camera is just superb and with the 50x zoom, you get easily get a really clear moon shot. Battery life is not that great if i compare it with the previous gen note 10 plus. Also, the base model comes with 128gb memory vs. 256 of note 10+ which is again a thumbs down. If you are upgrading from Note 10+ then its not worth it, unless you really need a little better camera.

It's been a really great phone so far, haven't had any issues. Phone runs smoothly and battery lasts quite nicely. I enjoy using the camera features to take pictures of my kids in different environments, and the pen makes for easy editing. I like the size of the screen too. Haven't had any issues with any thing so far.
