Awesome device, this is the second one that I purchase from Best Buy, I must say to this date I have been very lucky, I have listen to buyer who have purchase from other retailer and heard their horror stories, somehow I have been very bless, got my Note 9 from here and now my Note 20 Ultra, to make a long story short the note might be the last Samsung device I will purchase, I heard they are removing the abilities to have a flash card install to help with the storage, I must admit that I won't be going to apple either, just not a lover of the apple phone, so I will be searching for a new home for my mobile needs, just have to see what out there, so if I get at least 3 or 4 years out of this devices, I will feel that I got my money worth, got my Samsung note 8 which I can't get no new update and now my note 9 have felt off getting software update, so this should tell everyone something, update and keep your phone safe seem to be like a two maybe three period with the manufactory of the device, which I feel isn't right, at least the computer company give updates on their driver all the time.

Been an iPhone user since the 3GS and I've tried various Android offerings over the years but nothing ever impressed me enough to make the switch. I've always liked the iPhone but my beef with Apple is them deciding what apps I can or can't install on my phone. OK, I get that Apple keep their Ecosystem locked down for a reason and it's probably what makes their phones (for the most part) very reliable. But...I'm a tinkerer, I like to customize, I like to have control over what does or doesn't go on my phone. I don't need someone else to do that for me. So, first I got the Galaxy Note205G and within a day or two of using it I was sold. Only thing I really felt it was lacking was the micro-SD card slot which the Note20 Ultra has. Buying the Ultra from my carrier would have cost me another $300 so I opted to buy the unlocked version from Best Buy for much less and had planned to return the regular 20 but, my wife played with the Note20 and loved it so we kept that for her and now we're both Android convertees! Samsung have got this stuff down to a science and the phone is superb. Still an avid Mac user but the Galaxy phones are a win for me.

So far so good! I moved to this after having a Note10 for a couple of years. Getting used to the size is a little challenging, but nonetheless worth it just for the Camera and MicroSD card. I would have held on to my Note 10 if it came with the MicroSD, but I am very impressed by this phone.

It's been a year since I was given this phone as a birthday present & I still love it. The true test then is how it looks, and this screen looks fantastic. The battery life is pretty good for the phone. Never thing to change if you compare with iPhone. I really recommend for samsung phone.

I was on edge about upgrading my note 10+ to the new Note 20 Ultra but decided to do it and am so happy I did. The pen's responsiveness is amazing, the camera, video and the screen is 100x better and i didn't think it could get better than the note 10+. I absolutely love this phone and can't wait to see what happens next!

I thought my Note 10 Plus was a great phone...until I purchased my new Note 20 Ultra. The screen is better, the camera hole smaller, sound quality is better. All in all I am glad I upgraded. The Samsung experience has only gotten better.

Excellent nice phone with loads of storage space .

Best phone EVER! The cameras are amazing, the zoom, colors and quality are breath taking. I even found a case that covers camera lenses. I bought this phone for an Electrical engineering student. He uses it to present his power points and says its capabilities are endless. More options than S21.

This phone has it all! The screen has the sharpest image i've ever seen on a phone. The camera and the zoom feature is amazing. I can capture all the great family moments even from a distance. The S-pen has really become super useful with the precise writing/drawing functionality and the remote control features.

Love it. Awesome phone I use both andoird and ios as edc. So it's neck and neck only personal preferences. I will ios better especially gestures. But for Note the screen and refresh rate amazing. But the phone should be much much cheaper even I got discounts still should be much cheaper. 850-900 max worth.

Awesome phone! The camera is amazing. I love everything about this phone. The only issue I have is that the s-pen is mal-functioning so I have to replace it (but it doesn't really bother me because I seldom use it). Purchased almost a year ago & it is still amazing.

This is a good reliable phone, but truthfully, I feel it is almost identical to the Galaxy 9+ besides the stylist pen and the upgrade on the camera, slightly larger too. It's also very pricey too, I still think to myself, 'why would I pay that much for a phone.' I think I got caught up in the advertisements, my own doing. If you have a Galaxy phone, 9 or above, I would not recommend purchasing this product, seriously would not. Hope this helps.

Simply awesomeness. Huge screen, excellent colors. I didn't buy it bc of the camera, I bought it bc of the size, memory and fast internet. Works with all my Microsoft needs. Compared to all phone cameras out there its definitely better. But I would rather buy an SLR if I need a camera. Nikon D850.

I purchased my Note 20 Ultra on the day it came out and it has been a joy to use. The battery life is great after a few modifications are made and the list of features is getting longer and longer. This phone continues on the greatness of previous Note phones such as Note 5, Note 9 and Note 10 plus.

Love love love this phone! Did eval between this and the Samsung s21…note20 ultra is better. Can and sd card. S21 cannot, has a superb set of cameras, has a built in pen, great amount of memory, v e r y versitle…

Simply, the best option. I use to be an iPhone user but, not after the Galaxy S9. After that it's been all Samsung. Great screen, super fast, user friendly, great storage and storage options, the pen is great, and a whole other bunch of great things. AAA++

Great upgrade from my Note 8! Sleek and fast. Hope Samsung continue to make the Notes as I love, love, love the pen. Bought unlocked as I want the flexibility in case I want to change carriers. Most carriers don't do promos with the Notes.

I used to be an avid iPhone lover, but after years of compromises I felt it was time to try out what android has to offer. So far I have not been let down. The note 20 ultra has an amazing build quality, the best screen I've ever seen on a portable display, and the cameras are amazing.

I was using my note 8 about 3 years. During these years, it didn't disappoint me a bit. I had a thought what if I made an upgrade to note 20?! I didn't regret my decision at all. Fastest and smoothest phone I have ever used. Good looking too. Love my note 20 ultra.
