I haven't run into a single issue with this phone. It does everything I ask it to, and I know it can do still more that I haven't had a need for yet.

This phone is beyond what I would have ever thought. Does everything I want and more....the camera is mind blowingly good. If you want to upgrade to a Samsung this is the phone to get. You'' enjoy it.

I would like to say that Andrew, our Best Buy Rep helping us, what AWESOME!!!!! Went well beyond to get us what we wanted. There was a confusion/mixup with my ATT account and thus the reservations were not secured, but I did not know that. So when I got there, I was expecting all to go well and quickly. That was one FUBAR that lasted 5hrs. I was there for 5hrs working with Andrew and ATT trying to sort this out. In the end it was fixed. But I was expecting to be leaving with nothing and having to come back in a week or so to get my Note 20 phones. Well in the end, Andrew somehow found us our phones. Many thanks to Andrew. Great person and rep for Best Buy.

Samsung comes through again. This phone is fast and takes amazing pictures. Its pricey but i highly recommend it. Disappointed they didnt give out anything with pre-orders though lol

My Galaxy Note4 finally gave up. It's been six years since I had a new phone because I am not dependent on my phone 24/7 like many other people. I am trying to be positive about learning all the new changes. A lot of things are totally different from my old phone. I have noticed that sometimes I can't get the touch screen to respond. I have to touch it exactly right to make it connect. That wasn't a problem with my other phone. I think this phone is above my capability to use it to it's potential, but I am going to have it for at least 5 years so I hope I get more comfortable with it. It would be nice if I had access to a phone guide to help me navigate. I would definitely recommend this phone to younger people who would enjoy all the bells and whistles.

Very good build premium phone. And with the help of best buy I was able to trade in my older phone and get a really good deal on this new phone.

This phone is better than what you think. With 5G wireless capabilities, 500GB space, gorilla glass, and an awesome camera. ...no worries.

was suppose to be a simple trade in.my note 9,became a nightmare was giving the wrong information about trading my phone in. Plus spv at store 589 let me know that Jeff out the king of prussia store never check thetrade in box. So I was left to fright with att not have me pay 1500.00 dollar for a phone i gave back.called best buy to help got the round. My problem wasn't important.

Fantastic phone BUT as people read reviews it seem Samsung has a habit of always going backwards for every new improvement. The battery life is yet to be seen but was really bad right out of the box it has improved but no better than the Note 10+. The camera sucks! distorted pictures and grainy when zoomed quality sucks! The rest is simply a Note 10+. Even the screen size is identical to the Note 10+ I upgrade every year if you do not I recommend you stay with the Note 10+ Samsung apparently has had a Covid-19 year! Better luck next year Samsung!

Phone is a 5 but the service took away 3 stars because they never finished my setup for my phone and because I was trading in my old one in I had almost no way to do it. luckily I had a backup phone on file but that still took almost a week. PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY FINISH SETTING UP YOUR PHONE, BECAUSE IF YOU ARE TRADING YOUR OLD ONE ONCE THEY FACTOR RESET IT YOU COULD POSSIBLY NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Trade in my Galaxy Note 9 and the new phone was great.
