So I purchased the phone and have been a moderate to heavy user. Mainly just exploring all the new functions as this is the first note that I've used. And within the span of 6hrs of moderate to heavy use the battery was on the last leg. I downloaded a few apps to see the battery quality and came to find out that while the company does boast of a 4500 mAh battery some of them are a little lower being 4370mAh at the lowest. And mine just so happens to be the lowest... outside of that its an amazing phone with spectacular functions, just don't expect to be able to use it for heavy use without another charge to make it through the day.

great phone. Been over a year and its flawless. The Note line has always been one of Samsung's best. Yes even the ill fated Note 7 was far far better then the S7 they replaced it with. Yeah it didnt catch fire but it did overheat in the VR setup

I love this phone. It is a definite upgrade from my Note 8. Much faster and a longer battery life. That said, I really wish they didn't go with this stupid camera bump on the back. They should have made it flat and just used that extra space for more memory or a larger battery. It's kind of annoying that the phone can't lie flat on it's back. Some cases seem to fix this, but not all. So, keep that in mind if it bothers you too.

I love this phone so much. I'm glad I was able to purchase this phone with the memory and it being unlocked makes it that I can use it overseas (which I will be traveling overseas soon).

I love this phone and have been a fan of the Note forever! The only negative for this phone might be that it's larger than most and holding it for long periods of time can get crampy. I recommend highly getting a wrap around case to keep it safer. The cameras to me are excellent and I love having memory for days! Excellent product.

This probs gonna be my phone for the next 4 years. I love it. Wonderful build quality and lots of space. Love the options unlocked gives me. Thank you Best Buy for having it in!

Worth hunting down this model with 512GB. Got discourage at first as the local Bestbuy phone rep said there is no 512GB of this phone ever. SURE~! I got it here at Bestbuy!

Hands down one of the best phones I've ever had. I've transitioned from a note 9 to this masterpiece and its everything I wanted and needed in a smart phone. Its super recommended!!

I have had many Samsung Galaxy phones. This is my first note. It is powerful, has good battery life, and a nice large screen that looks and feels great. It charges fast too.

Glad to have a note again. I love the simplicity of it. My last one was the five. Never thought a stylus would be my style, but it sure makes it easier to do things .

top...512gb of internal memory and, plus, installed external memory of 1tb.. processor, other fantastic item... speed, 5G, bluetooth, sound, and I highly recommend.

Best phone I ever had! I had a Galaxy J3 Emerge from Boost Mobile that made me fall in love with Samsung phones, and that one was really good, too. I had no problem with that one until I got an upgrade. There are some missteps and miscues with my Note20, which is normal with any phone that I had in the past or with anyone else's experience, but I love the camera system, and I love the fact that this phone has 512gb of internal storage. I can put a lot on this phone and on the 512gb TF (micro SD) card that I bought for it. YAY!

Love the HUGE screen and colors. Camera is fantastic, especially the telephoto/zoom. Fast processor downloads quicker than my last phone (Note 10+)

I went from the Note10 to the S20 Plus and wasn't happy, so I ordered the Note 20 Ultra and am really liking it. Def has that extra premium feel that you only get from a note. Sound quality is much better than the s20, volume gets louder too.

Had 2 drive to Houston 2 get the 512 memory. It was an open box with no accessories, but for the price you can't bet it.

Great phone. Still finding different little things that it can do. So much technology. Smoothe. Fast. And reliable.
