    I returned this phone and was told that my credit for my trade-in phone was not going to come back to me?? I was told at the Southpark Meadowns store in Austin Texas by the manager that I was NOT going to get my old phone, my credit or cash back during the return. So this review is more for the experience at BEST BUY and their return policy than the phone itself. So do not buy phones at BEST BUY

    This phone was a good phone but when T mobile took over they put in they system its a 128 gb but clearly its 512 gb

    I'll start off with only issue: The ultra is huge. It's literally ALL screen so accidental touches will happen. As for everything else, this phone is beautiful, fast and extremely responsive. I've tested most features ( waiting for Xbox live) and none disappoint. EVERYTHING you view is crystal clear and battery so far is excellent. I received my phone 2 days ago and it's still running off the factory charge with moderate use. Two days with 71% out of the box. Worth the upgrade from my note 9.

    The phone is great, 5g is ok limited service area. I knew this when I bought it so no big deal. It will get better. Just dont let best buy transfer your service. The girl changed my plan on both this phone and my wifes iPhone (wife didnt get a new phone) and dropped my watch off of my sprint plan and all of my device protection plans. She told me all she was going to do was add 5G service to my line and no other changes. I confirmed this with her many times. Took two days with sprint to get it set back up. She also back up my data and I am still trying to get my passwords to auto fill on my phone. Everything still works in google, its been 4 night (20 hours so far) of pure hell. Phone is great best buy employees setting up device not so much. First and last time I buy a phone at best buy, next time I will buy from Sprint/T-Mobile and save the days of hassle.
