Upgraded to this from a note 5 so a really big step up. Like the side bar and screen is phenomenal. Battery life is great also. A big phone as the screen is 6.4 but that is what I wanted.

This phone is the best phone I have experienced so far. Its fast, great graphics and size,and the battery life is excellent. Adding to the great performance is the 128g of space plus the ability to add more with external memory card. This is a keeper. .

Bigger memory so it's faster, can make your own emoji from your picture. You can take pictures with your s-pen and write notes without unlocking your phone. I'm still exploring but so far it rocks!

Got this upgrade from the Galaxy Note 5 i had been lugging around for years, and the difference is just amazing. Smaller that the 5 but still just what i was looking for. Camera and screen on this are simply the best. Highly recommend.

This is my second Galaxy Note phone. Love this one more than the first! Can't believe the ease in transferring all of my important data. Transferred perfectly! Plenty of storage space. Great camera. Easy to operate. Highly recommended this product.

Upgraded from the s8+ and could not be happier. The s-pen is fantastic for taking pictures. Much quicker responses in apps with the extra ram. Battery lasts from 7am when my day starts till 10 PM when it gets charged. You wont regret this phone at all

I've always owned a Samsung phone and as always am not disappointed. I've only begun to explore all it can do. Camera is excellent, battery power is much better then previous models. There's so much more to this phone and am loving it!

I really enjoy my note. I had one before and traded it in, then realized I made a mistake. Now I have one again. I own a small business and take credit cards on my phone. Love the pen. It works a million times better than a stylist.

I upgraded to the Note 9 from the Galaxy S7. This phone is amazing. It's very powerful and has handled every app I used without struggle. The S Pen is great for composing messages for those of us with large fingers. I love this phone.

I've only had the phone a few days and so far I love everything about it, especially the longer lasting battery and using the S pen as a remote.

I was concerned about getting a Note due to the size but quickly realized I made the right choice. Video, sound quality, camera, and battery are better than I could have aspected.

I love this phone! I've always had galaxy's. I like the pen option. The memory is great. I am a self employed hair stylist and this phone is great for storing clients numbers and my payment app. Without slowing it down.

This phone is amazing the only problem i ever had is the charger of the S-pen. But me personally, i dont use it much so its really no big deal. Great battery life, great camera, drop resistant. What else could you want

This phone, I was reluctant due to previous battery issues, plus the size that I thought they were. This s9 note is amazing. It's thinner, longer and lighter. The screen is well iit without being fully turned up, and it's FAST.

The voice command is easier to use and the internet is faster. I love the bigger screen and overall size of the phone. The displays are clearer and brighter. Very Nice phone. The pen makes is easier to type and navigate.

I upgraded from Galaxy 7 to Note 9 and find myself in awe!! Easy to use, fast transfer of information, perfect size, camera is fantastic and I haven't explored the whole phone yet. Run to the store and get this phone!

Larger than my previous smartphone but with more capability. Battery lasts all day without a recharge. A little heavy with the Outer Defender Pro case installed but worth the protection offered. Excellent product.

This phone is so fast and so beautiful. The screen looks amazing. The battery life seems to last forever. My only con is if you don't have the latest Samsung phone charger, it takes forever to charge it wirelessly.

I've hadn't had a note since the 5 came out. I missed it. And once I got the note 9. I'm never gonna go back to anything less. From battery life to just how fast it is. Plus all the new features. To many to count.
