Definitely a step up from Pixel I was using. Battery life alone is almost worth the purchase with current incentives. I have had phone for 7 days and so far very happy. I use phone with some programs for work and runs fast. Videos are crystal clear and sound great. Haven't had a chance to play with the camera too much but when I have it is impressive.

The phone is practically perfect in every way. Camera is beyond the capabilities of practically every other android. The screen cannot be beat. The processor and RAM combo is flawless without any hang ups or lag. Battery life lasts well beyond a full day with heavy usage. Unfortunately, I prefer phones with quirks like Moto Mods or HTC Edge Sense.

I have been on a conference call, taking notes with the s pen, emailing and texting, all at the same time. It is a work horse. The storage is excellent as well. It feels and operates very smooth and is a premium device. I have the cloud silver version and it looks great!

Upgraded from a Note 8 and first thing I noticed, the battery life. Played Pandora all day still had 60% better life. Better camera and I like the might mode capability. Also like that I can use the stylus as a picture remote. Love ,love my Note 9.

Been a couple weeks having this phone now really enjoying the battery life. Phone is a little big to put in pants pocket or jacket pocket. It's very fast and has different features that other phones don't have. Also camera and pen is very goid and helpful.

I can be on this phone all day and not have to charge it. The s pen is cool and works well I don't have the need for it much but is always there tucked in. Camera works well too both sides takes good pictures. The finger print scanner works even with the life proof case on it. I really like this phone

I personally have the Note 8 and bought this for my wife, she loves the larger screen and not to mention the color! One aspect she is not used to is using the S-Pen, which I think is vital for jotting down notes and copying small sections of a screen without screenshotting! Decent battery life and great cameras!

Fast note taking, just pull the pen out and start writing. Excellent screen, waterproof, great speakers and microphone. Camera is one of the better ones out there. Top of the line battery life, fast processing and navigating. It has a headphone Jack! fingerprint unlock, micro sd card slot. Great all around.

I have exclusively used iPhones since the S4. With each iteration, I kept encountering the same issues and limitations. After my having my third iPhone freeze up and require a total reset, I was ready to make the leap to an Android. After some research, I decided to go with the Note 9, and I couldn't be happier. Besides basic phone functions, I use my phone to watch a lot of streamed video. This phone's screen and processing power make it a huge step-up in the viewing quality I became accustomed to. The internal storage capacity and ability to add external storage is a simple but HUGE bonus after years of having to constantly delete stuff off of my iPhone just to take more pictures. So far the only thing I prefer about the iPhone compared to the Note 9 is the fingerprint scanner location; if my Note 9 is laying face-up and I want to unlock it quickly, I have to pick it up since the scanner is on the back. It might not sound like a lot, but when my phone is sitting on my desk and I just quickly want to read a text, it can become annoying.

Massive amount of memory, huge screen, crystal clear fast motion pictures, great graphics, super speed processor, love it! My only knock is getting used to a bigger phone. There are special functions to adjust to your comfort. Screen sensitivity, one hand mode, etc. Everything you want in a phone and then some.

My Samsung Note4 phone finally gave out, so I upgraded to the Note9. I'm not extremely tech savvy about smart phone technology, but this phone works fast, the camera is great, and the battery life is amazing. So far, so good! (A little pricey, but I guess they're all expensive nowadays...)

After you get over the actual size of the phone you get to appreciate the large screen. The new features work seamlessly and the larger battery life is well appreciated. Some of the best attributes are the ability to have the atmos so the sound comes from both ends as well as the added clarity of the camera.

So far, this is the best phone I've ever had. Does way more than I can get my head around right now, but YouTube will teach me how to use all the fantastic things it does. Camera is fantastic. Takes great pictures, Storage is excellent. Quick response to the touch and easy to use overall.

Very good phone from sound quality of calls to sound quality of the speakers. The battery is completely amazing, lasts longer than any other phone I've ever had. Still figuring out the pen but from what I have learned it's a valuable tool to have. Very happy I purchased this phone. Worth every penny.

Large screen with great definition and vivid colors. 8gb of RAM and 512gb of storage make this an incredibly responsive, powerful phone. Love the stylus and ability to annotate screenshots and photos with one tap. Great form factor, easy to hold and use despite uber-large screen. Highly recommended.

This in my opinion is the best flagship phone in the business! If you want the highest performance phone with the best of everything, this is the one! Fast, beautiful bright screen, excellent camera, long lasting battery and loud, clear speakers. Can't wait to see what Samsung comes up next!

This phone is fast! But pricey the battery lasts twice as long as my s7 edge it's great to have the s pen to take notes and numbers quickly from customers. I do have one suggestion when you put a case on it cut the Bixby button off the case so you don't hit it everytime it's a pain in the a++

I purchased two of these phones to upgrade from our S7 Edge phones and just the clarity of the pictures, the screen size, the speed of it is such a great upgrade. We probably don't use these phones for even half of what they are capable of, but for what we use them for, it's top notch.

I am not savvy about this technology nor am I ignorant. Just somewhere in between. I use the phone mostly for emails, texts, phone and photos. Search the internet and follow a few sites. The phone works very quickly, takes great photos and charges quickly. I am still learning new things about the phone and should probably find a class for that. All in all, I really like the phone and think it is a great buy since we were able to get a "buy one get one free" deal. I just read an article that a woman claimed that her Samsung Galaxy Note 9 got super hot and started smoking. My husband and I have seen no indication of anything like that.
