Love the ring! Its much more comfortable than sleeping with my huge Samsung Ultra watch. Get the non painted version because over time the black is getting scratched off. So dont do my mistake! Other than that its great. Also make sure yuo go to a store or let them send you the ring measuring too because they are not normal ring sizes.

The insights I get from Samsung Health on my activity, sleep, and recovery are invaluable in helping me be an active participant in managing my health. The Ring makes it even easier to collect this data, even when I'm not wearing my watch or carrying my phone. I recommend spending time with the Ring Sizing kit, as it is great low-cost tool for testing how the ring will effect your everyday life. I find hard rings to be uncomfortable as most quickly cause my fingers to swell. Instead, I have worn a silicone ring in place of a wedding ring. While experimenting with the sizing kit, I experienced the discomfort and swelling and put the kit aside for a while then experimented with ways to alleviate the problem once the swelling was gone. After some trial and error, I finally discovered combining a silicone ring works quite well for me, and after an active week during which I had no ring-related pain, I finally ordered mine. If I'd jumped straight to the ring instead of sending time with the sizing kit, I'd have been pretty upset that a thing that cost so much caused me discomfort. With only $10 (refundable, too) at stake for the kit, I had a lot more patience and approached the trial and error with some grace.

Absolutely amazing . The ring is super light and comfy . I definitely suggest to get one size up its super snug . Extremely accurate on health .

Ring is pretty lightweight and you get used to it quite quickly. Its best when paired with the galaxy watch. Altough it could allow more gesture control.

I was hesitant about it but as soon as it was on sale I bought the ring and it's totally worth it for the people who wanna keep track of their sleeping times and habits and of course the steps walked and so on. The battery is amazing like I forget about it because my watch I need to recharge every day or every other day but the ring maybe once or twice a week.

After challenges with an open box ring, have found the new ring works like advertised. There are aspects I miss about my Oura, like it detecting when I’m getting sick. But the Samsung ring provides 95% of the same features that Oura does without a monthly membership. If you have a Samsung phone it’s a no brainer. I first bought an open box ring that was still paired with the old owners phone, caused a lot of headaches. The brand new one is dope, track your sleep, steps and oxygen/temp/heartbeat and get healthier in the process. Data is beautiful. Also highly recommend the silver/titanium one, no scratches even after extensive gym time with metal weights hitting it. I’ve heard the plated one scratch.

I have a Galaxy watch 4. It has been updated with better software to track my health but the battery life isnt so good. It needs to be charged everyday, so i put on the charger at night and had to miss oit on my sleeping insights that the watch offers. I was able to get this Samsung ring with an out of the box price cut, and I have been impressed. It lasts a week on a single charge. A charge hardly takes any time at all. It is water resistent, so I take it off to shower and put in on the charger every other day, and its fully charged by the time I am dressed to go to work. Great insight to my sleeping habits and my overall health. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

I love this ring. I wear it and truly do not even notice it. It is very comfortable and the charge lasts ab out a week. The charging time is very quick too. I can put the ring in the charger while I am sitting working and it is usually fully charged within a little over an hour. I wear this when washing my hands and washing dishes, but remove it when bathing. It has connected seamlessly with my Samsung phone and seems pretty accurate when it comes to step counting and detecting exercise. I have used it to check my heart rate over a period of time and it also tracks my sleep and energy levels. It will even detect snoring. I really am enjoying this ring.

I still can't believe I spent as much as I did on this ring...but with that said, I do enjoy not having to wear my smart watch to bed and know that I'm still monitoring my health overnight and on those days that I forget to put my watch on. There have been no issues syncing with the apps, and it is very comfortable.

I love the Energy Score and Sleep Tracking features it provides. And now that my phone has updated, I can dismiss alarms or take pictures with the double tap of my fingers. Love it.

Simple design, thorough and intuitive tracking features. Consider a protection plan to ease the mind about any incidental damage that may occur from regular wearing. Love this thing!

There’s s lot that this ring can do but primarily I bought it for sleep tracking and I’m completely satisfied with It’s performance, plus it’s free monitoring via samsung app so no complaints ans no recurring subscriptions

I wish that Samsung made half sizes and that the sensors were flat. The health tracking is good, but the O2 sensor doesn’t seem the most accurate at night compared to the Samsung Galaxy watch ultra.

I really like this ring, it has an easy interface with Samsung galaxy phone. I gives me so much more information about my sleep than my fit bit does, which was my main concern,

Through the Samsung fitness app on my phone I'm able to see all my fitness stats in one place. Sleep tracking is spot on. I start a run or bike via the app on my phone and it tracks my heart rate perfectly. I tested it with my Garmin 970. It also track SP02 and stress. Great ring!

The battery life has been great. Easily 5-6 days and more while wearing with the Galaxy watch. The design looks great and the health tracking seems to be accurate. Very comfortable to wear at night for the accurate sleep tracking and day to day activities. The only drawbacks would be sizing can be a bit challenging and there isn't as much health customization as expecting. Overall it's a great product if you care about quality sleep tracking and sleek day to day tracking. Pairs very well with the Galaxy watch!

I love this ring, i purchased at a discounted price, so i got it for my ring finger versus my pointer finger and i think that could make a difference in some features. But otherwise. Its great.

Originally got for activity purpose, but now I use for heart rate monitoring and sleep habits. Good to kno how long I’m in a deep sleep. It is super resilient (I am a transporter) and holds pretty well against water (shower and swimming at pool).

I love the ring with how long the battery lasts. I always forget to wear the watch but i remeber wearing the ring way more. Great product !!!
