I realized the productwasnt useful.for.my.need and wanted to.retuen but 2 days out of.policy with Best buy giving no sense of compassuon towards the mishap.samsung tech support states the ring has to be tethered to the craddle for a complete charge. I do not believe. But all other steps to troubleshoot my ring battery issues was not working. I buy this and realize it doesnt still work. Now i have an extra craddle that is not and can not be "tethered" to any replacement ring although best buy can sell craddle separately. Customer service rep only response was that we will take my concern to note. Thanks
