I have previously had the S6 edge, S8, and now this one. My only complaint is that I don't have the notification blinking light on this phone. I regularly have my ringer off and the light would alert me to messages. I would like the ability to change the notification sounds for individual people as well, but that isn't as important to me as the notification light. All in all, I am happy with my upgrade. The camera takes some great photos.

Big step up from the 7 Edge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone still has a small edge on it which is nice for that extra quick launch of contacts and programs you like to use but not on the home screen (clock, calculator, calendar...). the most impressive thing of all is the camera, It doesn't fully replace my Nikon, but I definitely will not miss out on an opportunity cause I didn't have it with me. Great wide angle and zoom capabilities. Sound is OK, similar to the 7, wish they would have stepped that up a little more.

The camera is amazing, very crisp and clear pictures. Answering phone calls is confusing though. Swiping across the phone like I used to with S8 doesn't work all the time. Voice quality is great. Bluetooth connection with my car is very quick and no problems. Overall a great product. Even though we have a 24 month payment plan, we intend keeping it past 24 onths.

Previous generations had a little more control over settings for some of the functions and apps, but overall the ease of use, simple interface, and experience Samsung has with Android makes using the phone simple and enjoyable.
