Really a very significant upgrade from the 8 and 9 series. The camera is incredible, device is snappy, and internal speakers are incredible. Price keeps creeping up on Galaxy models, so at least there are enough improvements to somewhat justify the price.

This phone is so fast. I upgraded from the S8 and I there is a huge difference. Also the camera is amazing, I can't wait to use the camera when I go on vacation. There are many new features that I am learning about. I am so excited to have this phone.

I have tried many phones from Samsung and Apple. S10 is the best and ideal one yet. Great size. Not too big and and not small. Very fast and more flexible and open to more application than Apple. Fast, light, awesome display. Maybe phone of the year.

Upgrade from a S9. Camera is 100 times better and having 128gb internal memory far better. No issues switching over and the Best Buy rep took care of the transfer. Just remember to save all your Samsung notes to your Samsung account, I lost all mine.

Amazing cameras, simple design, multitasking friendly. I love my Android phones. When needing to upgrade, I knew I wanted to stay in the family and purchased an S10. Very happy. I love it and learn new things about it all the time. Highly recommend.

I love how quick everything processes on the Samsung 10S. It's sleek and lightweight. The crystal display is incredibly clear and crisp. The speaker is loud and clear. The camera has great clarity and videos are such an improvement from the last models.

I LOVE this phone!! It has a fast response time and the best technology. Face recognition and biometrics make this phone easy to unlock. The Samsung S10 has a great battery life and a pro camera. Would definitely recommend for all its features.

But this for my son who did a major upgrade from a variety and phone to the Samsung Galaxy S10. He loves it more than anything and has such great features and the camera is unbelievable and the storage is awesome In the amount they give.

The LG Gram 17 provides excellent performance with a beautiful 17" screen and it is incredibly lightweight. The battery life is also excellent around 9 hours of continuous use. The backlit keyboard is easy to use in low light settings.

I have always owned a Samsung phone and each model gets better and better. The cameras are fantastic. The security features are top notch. The display is crystal clear. And the phone is super fast. All in all a terrific phone.

I have been very pleased with my Samsung phone. The battery life is great...lasts a whole day with no recharging. The picture and video quality is also really nice.

Went in planning to get matching S10+ devices, but hands-on with demos, didn't see enough difference to justify the difference in cost. Upgraded from S7 Edge, but due to user-friendliness of Android, no MAJOR learning curve. Still trying to figure out the best settings for photos, as the available modes are different (I used sports mode often, with grandchildren who haven't quite mastered "sit still" for quick shots. I have a dedicated camera for photo sessions). Bixby has potential, but still gets a lot of things wrong or doesn't understand them, so I still use "OK Google" a lot. I like the facial recognition for unlocking the screen and I was very excited to see the ability to wake screen with double-tap, as that was the only thing I ever missed from the LG I had once. I am pleased thus far, and don't expect that to change. We are familiar with Samsung devices and quality.

This phone was an excellent upgrade for me. My old Galaxy J6 phone only had 16 GB memory, so I was running out of memory space. The 128 GB memory of the Galaxy S10 was quite an upgrade. Fairly easy to use, similar to old phone.

Great upgrade from my old S7. Much improved screen and graphics. Much improved cameras. Much faster and more versatile. Like coming out of the dark ages.

I upgraded from an s7 to s10. MAJOR improvement is battery power. Two days of power with lots of use! Outstanding camera too! It has plenty of power to communicate with my car using android auto. Far superior to my s7.

got this cell for my wife and she loves it. from the larger screen to the super fast and clear pictures. she is very happy with this upgrade

I wasnt sure i was going to upgrade. The incentives made it easier to decide. However, now that i have this phone, the advancement is magnificant. The speed of the phone is great and the ease at which you can take a picture is great.

I've always been a Samsung user. I picked up this phone bc it was on sale. There was nothing wrong with my S8. Had I known I wouldn't notice a huge difference, I don't think I would have spent the money right now. Camera does seem better. Having said all that, I'm very pleased with the phone. I believe Samsung makes a great product. Ps. Love the prism white color!

My Samsung Galaxy S7 was not keeping a charge and it was time for an upgrade. The speed and graphics are amazing. Pictures and videos are fantastic with the dual camera system. Why did I wait so long. Very happy with this phone.

Very responsive processor and beautiful screen. Onboard 128g is a great size for start. Memory is expandable when needed. My Galaxy S10 came with a very exceptable, factory installed screen protector.
