Upgraded from the S6. Lots of feature changes, locations, and took a little while to adjust to or learn the changes, but most were for the better. Like the facial recognition to open the phone. Doesn't open every time but then you just put in your PIN. Haven't even bothered to try the fingerprint. Camera is excellent. I'm still a "use a real camera", but recently I used it for pics at our granddaughter's wedding and they were very good. One down side we found so far - all the ports are different so now none of the cables we had before are obsolete. That is a bummer.

I have been a fan of the galaxy for years. I started with the S3 and have had nothing but Samsung since. Coming from the s8 and s9, this phone has a nice few upgrades. I do like the new fingerprint sensor on the screen. However, if you are planning to get a screen protector or case with a built in protector, this feature will not work in most instances. I have tried a glass screen protector and case with the built in screen protector and none have worked. It does have other biometrics to keep your phone safeguarded. Great phone overall and the processor speed even better.

I love this phone. Amazing cameras, perfect size, and it was super easy to order online, pickup in store, and setup myself (and I'm not a very tech person).

I really like the s10, upgraded from a s8. Much quicker and slightly larger screen. Photos are great. I'd recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their phone

I upgraded from the Galaxy 8 and was impressed with the storage capacity, the display, speed and the camera is great for getting the shot you want.

This phone has 3 cameras and the wide angle camera is really nice! Picture quality is superb. Apps open fast on this phone and sound quality is great.

Replaced my old phone that was working well but had run out of storage and the battery required frequent recharging. The S7 was about 4-5 years old. Great phone. This one takes some getting used to and not always sure about the controls. Some things don't work as well as on the old phone, some work better. Definitely better battery life. Camera a little confusing, but then again, I prefer using a camera, anyway.

The S10 has lots of features and lots of memory. It is easy to navigate (but I've been a Samsung user for many years ...S4, S5, S7 and now the 10)!

I absolutely love my new S10!! It takes great pictures, easy to set up all my apps and I do not have to charge it for at least 12 to 15 hours!

I had an old Galaxy S6 and I upgraded to this model. So much faster, better battery life, great photo quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Went from a 7 to 10. Transfer from one phone to new was wonderful. Dont have to learn all new stuff. Basically upgraded what I already had

She upgraded from the 6s and is happy with its speed and performance. photos are about the same, but she doesnt use for that much anyway.

Was considering replacing my Galaxy S6 which I've had for 4 1/2 years with a cheaper phone but happened to catch the S10 on sale. It happened to be on sale at Best Buy for $16.65/month the very week I wanted to buy it. It was more the week before and the week after so I lucked out. The S6 was a fantastic phone but I was running out of storage and the battery needed charging 2-3 times a day. The new S10 is a lot nicer and the storage is 4 times as much with expansion to more than I will never need. So love my new phone!

Had S5 for several years so I was due for upgrade. Excellent camera and LOTS more storage! Best Buy had deal to receive 300 off. Can't beat that!

I had an S8 before and I liked that one a lot. The new one is has a better camera and a lot more features. the battery seems to last longer.

My last phone was a S8. I just upgraded to the Galaxy S10. I love the camera. Much better then the S8. The phone is easy to use. perfect size.

Love my new phone, many new features since I am coming off of a Samsung 7 Edge. So many features, learn something new everyday! Awesome camera!
