The Galaxy S10 is super-fast, the display is brilliant, it's the perfect size (not too big, not too small), and it just overall works flawlessly. Setup is a breeze, call quality is excellent (both hand-held and speaker), and the 5 total camera lenses (standard, telephoto, and wide-angle on the back - standard and wide on the front) are invaluable. Photo quality may be a sliver below its competitors (iPhone 11 and Pixel 4), but it's still pretty great. Outdoor/landscape photos are actually better than the competition. Overall, it's just a fabulous phone (I was fortunate to get it at an extreme bargain price of $499), and I highly recommend it.

I tried the Google 3xl, the S10e, and this S10 is my favorite of all. I'm upgrading from a Galaxy S5, love that good old phone but its about worn out. Loving all the storage and new features of the S10, expandable storage, big screen and nice size phone. Plenty of customizable features and downloading my music was a breeze. Use the Google music player and select downloaded music to set up playlists and more. Love the adjustable font, keyboard, tons of great features. A lot of phone at the same price I paid for my S5 in 2014! Best Buy agent Mike was awesome! I will use Best Buy for future phone purchases, sooo much easier than going through the VZ process! And much better deals! I would have tried an iPhone but I want expandable storage because I take tons of photos and videos.

I upgraded to the Galaxy series after leaving for another series a few years back. What a difference a few years make. THIS is a truly premium smartphone that feels like what a phone should feel like in this price range. The design is outstanding and feels amazing in the hand. The features are top notch. The screen is OUTSTANDING. I can see it in bright daylight and the colors are truly vivid and stand out more than any phone I've ever had. It is speedy and I don't know what else to say. Really, this phone makes you feel fancy and I do not regret leaving the Pixel line at all. It will take a lot to make me leave the Galaxy brand again. Bravo.

I purchased the S10 over the holidays after waiting to see if the Pixel 4 was worth the money. I was previously on a Pixel 2 and wanted to maintain staying on the pure Android experience. Once I determined that this wasn't really an option I started to shop for other devices and the S10 became my choice. Pros: * Screen is great. Nice size and the hole-punch doesn't bother me. * Overall size is nice. I didn't want a big phone and this form factor was a good size coming from the Pixel 2. More screen, less forehead and chin. * Audio is pretty good. Top has a forward facing speaker which doubles as the ear-piece. Bottom speaker fires out the bottom, but still sounds good in a forward facing setting. * Battery Life - rock solid. Love the fast charging. This is also my first phone with wireless charging, which I've come to appreciate. Cons: * Poor button placement. The power button is too high. Annoying even for one-hand use. Compound that with the volume rockers on the opposite, again too high. I often find myself taking screenshots of the home screen because I'm pushing both left and right sides simultaneously. Super annoying. * Bixby button. Can't remap it completely. I prefer Google Assistant, but I can at least remap a short press to another app. You can't dump Bixby all together, despite best efforts. * With the curved display I often get "accidental touch" screens which require me to swipe a lock out of a zone to proceed. Honestly...it happens more often than not and gets old really quick. * Swiping up to go into apps and then also (with new OneUI V2) to see the open apps, I can't ever get this to work right. Some of that is Android 10, some of it is Samsung's UI overlay. Just makes it harder to use the phone than it should. * Slippery phone. Despite wanting to keep this thing out of a case, good luck. Glass back makes it harder to hold Get a case for grip alone. * No real tempered glass options for a screen protector. The curved glass makes it really limiting to get a screen protector. There are plastic versions, but if you want a true tempered glass...good luck. Overall. Good build. Good materials. It is a phone that works. Call quality is good. Cameras are good. I feel I got the value for the sale version when I bought it. Not sure I'd have felt the same if I spent $900.

Amazing phone with many different features! Great camera and very easy to operate! Good memory and storage and easily accessible! Would definitely reccomend this for the price

Got this as an upgrade from an S8. Similar size phones but a bigger an better screen and an amazing camera. For 98% of my pictures I use the phone over my bulky 35 mm. That's now relegated to telephoto shots. Did I mention the battery? It's a beast and lasts all day, even with some heavy duty screen on time and at high brightness. Last Pro, always better deals from BestBuy over Verizon. If you're not in a rush, just wait for their deals. I saved over $10/mo. with the offer I got at BB.

Coming from the S7, this was a huge upgrade in every way. My friends have been most impressed with the camera. But there are so much more, like battery, screen, and speed.

Overall, this phone is great. I went from an S7 to the S10 so there was obviously a huge difference in just about everything. My battery used to be around 45% after 8 1/2 hrs. Now it's around 76%. 8 GB processor instead of 4 GB, 128GB of storage vs. 32GB. It's all better and works well! The value for me is good but only because I waited until the S20 was released and bought it on sale so I'll mark it good. However, the price of phones has gotten out of control. My only complaint is the sound which I don't believe is as good as the S7. The bass is non-existent and none of the settings bring that up to where I want it to be. Since Samsung has already moved on to the S20, I doubt this will be fixed.

My original Galaxy phone was an S-4. Next one was an S-7. Now upgraded to the S-10. This is easily the best phone I have ever owned, and probably one of the best phones available right now. With the 8gb of memory and new processor, this phone is amazingly fast. I upgraded from my old phone because of battery issues. This phone lasts all day with at least 30% of the battery left. The only negatives have been trying to find a screen protector and a case. I spent $40 on the Whitestone Dome. It's quite the process to put the screen protector on. I got it wrong the first time and had to remove it and clean it (a real pain). With the screen protector in place, the ultrasonic fingerprint ready barely works, even with screen sensitivity turned up. But the Whitestone is the only protector that I could find that covered the sides and supposedly allowed the fingerprint sensor to work. I'm not sure if the Zagg would have been better (which just covers the flat part of the screen). The Whitestone Dome also conflicts with some cases, which try to push the screen protector off. As for cases, I bought the Beetle Pro for $21, which is a really solid case and is everything that it is advertised to be. It is really solid, and probably as good as an OtterBox Defender. Unfortunately, it is bigger than any case I have ever used and barely fits in my back pocket. Plus, it keeps popping the corner of the screen protector off. I don't think the Whitestone and the Beetle Pro can be used together. The only other issue that I am dealing with is in regards to the powersharing. I have an old Gear S2 watch, which is old enough to be experiencing shortened battery life. I was looking forward to using the S-10 to recharge the watch in a pinch, but it isn't working right. The S-10 will charge the Gear S2 for about 15 seconds, then the charging stops. The phone is still trying to charge and sends a message that there isn't anything to charge, so I think the issue is with the watch. Haven't had time to test the powershare with another device to confirm this. I purchased the phone on Black Friday weekend for $420, which was an incredible deal. I wouldn't pay the list of $999 for any phone, no matter how good. But at the price I got it for, I am very please with the phone and with Best Buy.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S6 to the S10. The S10 is only 1/4” taller than my old phone but because of the edge-to-edge screen with no bezel it seems much larger. I love how it is easy to handle and fits in my pocket/purse. It is noticeably faster and has better camera. With Best Buy transferring my calendar, apps and photos from my old phone I was up and running very quickly. Plus I got a great sale price. I would definitely recommend the S10 to anyone looking for a new phone.

It was finally time to replace my Galaxy S6 Edge so I decided to check out this phone as soon as it came out. I love it! Perfect size for me, a little bigger than the S6. The screen is as big as the phone. Very responsive. Plenty of storage. I can charge my Galaxy watch using this phone with the Wireless Powershare function. Not crazy about the change to USB Type C charger port but I use mainly wireless charging at home and in my car so it was not too big a deal. Takes fantastic pictures with all kinds of camera functions.

I was forced to upgrade my GS7 earlier than expected due to battery issues. This phone is not much bigger than the GS7 and has so much more (memory, storage and speed). I moved my 64 gb microSD card over and have 192 gb storage which I might not ever use. The phone has so many features and I'm sure there are plenty I haven't gotten to yet. I gave it 4 of 5 stars due to the batter saver feature and functionality. When using it, it shuts off certain phone functions like GPS so if you have apps that need GPS, they won't work correctly. The GS7 had an option to add certain apps to a list that could ignore battery saver settings and still work correctly. Samsung seems to have left out that feature with this phone and I don't know why. Other than that, its an all around great phone. Getting it for 599.99 was also nice.

I just finally upgraded from my old Galaxy S6 to the S10, what a difference. Its thinner and lighter. The colors and screen are so vibrant. I do have a little trouble getting used to trying to find where is that setting or feature now, but its getting more easier as I finally find them. This takes great pictures and the battery is very good.

I love my new phone. I was previously using a Galaxy S8, which I also loved, but gave to my dad. The S10 is a little bit bigger, but still fits great in my hand. The screen is amazing and it's fast...love the cameras. Battery life could be a little bit better; seems to drain a little faster than my old one, but it's OK, I can still go a entire day without having to charge it.

We purchased 2 phones at the same time, 1 for my wife and 1 for me. Both are excellent phones with plenty of very usable features. They are easy to set up and use. Easy to intall email and text messaging. The setup for the apps are excellent and straight forward. Battery charge has excellent life and easy to recharge using a wireless charge. Time to charge is also excellent.

I purchased the s10 coming from a pixel 3 as the bigger screen was needed, but the pixel 3 xl was a tad larger than I wanted. Glad the s10 has the same navigation gestures as the pixel 3 has which was my favorite thing about it. The s10 camera is just as good in my opinion, if not better in some situation; however the pixel 3 is noticably better in low light. I have no issues at all with this phone and it works very well. Has excellent features.

I purchased this phone for my wife for a Christmas gift. Bought it on sale with a carrier service. Got it for half price. It really was a great deal. Gave it to her early because I had to activate it at time of purchase to save a extra #100. The phone is really nice. It takes great pictures. It is very fast. Calls sound really great and clear. Just the right size for a women, It's not too big for their hands. You can't go wrong with this phone.

The phone is just great. It has a large screen without being a huge phone - it is thin and the face of the phone is all screen. The sound of phone calls on this phone is much better than my old S5. The phone is FAST - I didn't realize that I had been waiting for things on my old phone until I saw how quickly they happened with this phone. The camera is super - really like the wide angle and 2x optical zoom options. Really happy with the phone.

I've had Samsung phones for years. I recently traded in my Note 9 for the Galaxy S10 and I'm very happy. It's the perfect size, great features, and meets my expectations. I like that there are improvements to Bixby including being able to change the button settings. The camera is great and battery is pretty good. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my last 2 phones from Best Buy. I'll never go to a Verizon store again.
