My S8 was aging, and would [from time to time] overheat and shutdown for no discernable reason. It was time to upgrade. So happy with this purchase. Fast boot up, silky smooth scrolling. Apps load quickly, and everything looks great. Unit seems to just sip the battery, so for me - all day activity looks doable!

This is a very good android phone. It has a pretty good camera and excellent features. Very user-friendly. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased the Galaxy S10+ for myself and purchased the galaxy S10 for my daughter and what amazing phones they are excellent battery and the cameras on these devices are amazing love the embedded finger print sensor inside the screen makes the phone look beautiful with no buttons in front or back of the phone and also no ugly notch

I hate having to spend money on these phone especially since my Samsung Galaxy S8 was working perfectly until the latest upgrade. Ever since the upgrade, my battery would need to be recharged 2-3 times a day when before it would last a whole day. That being said, I love the Galaxy S10. It's real fast and it takes excellent pictures.

Display is awesome. Great battery life. Fast. Easy to use.

The phone S10 is exactly what I expected from Samsung. Great quality, easy to use and perfect size. I also filled out a review regarding my experience with the purchase at Bestbuy. Which I never got a response so I'm sure I won't from this one. Obviously I won't return to Bestbuy unless it's the only place that has it

My son received the new S10 for Christmas, so he has only had a couple weeks, but loves it already. Very similar to the S9, but the camera is great and the battery lasts all day, even if he is playing games on it or doing a lot of texting. Hoping the battery will continue to hold up that long after a year or two.

Had an LG5 before and was up for an upgrade. Purchased the Galaxy S10 because of the camera capabilities. Literally took it with me the next day on our trip to Disneyworld and was very impressed with all the great photos I took. This phone is by far my favorite phone ever! Cannot wait to see more from Samsung in the future.

The s10 is by far superior to my previous phone, a s4. Much better battery life and higher quality camera. The function responding to texting is by far superior to s4's. The case enclosing my new phone is fanominal. I am continuing to learn more about capabilities each day. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Going from flip phone to this was a little scary but Brian, the Verizon guy at Best Buy, walked me through it and I am now very relaxed with the phone - thanks, Brian! It is a nice size with clear graphics and good sound. I get almost 2 days from the battery before having to charge.

This has all of the best features Samsung can offer. I bought it for my husband. He is not tech savvy but picked up the operation really quickly. He loves the camera! He always felt bad because his photos were blurry but no more! He now has a calendarand keeps up with dates. He loves the easy usage! And so do I!

I upgraded to the S10 from the S7 because the S7 battery was draining too quickly. The S10 has a better camera (with three lenses) and larger screen which is nice. The S10 functions similar to the S7, so I didn't need to re-learn the phone. They show the power sharing feature as a selling point; I don't expect I'll ever use that (maybe I'm just selfish) but I guess it's good to know it's there if I need it

I think there are two types of people in this word: Samsung or Apple phone users! HAHA! I'm a big fan of Samsung products: including TV's, appliances, and of course, Galaxy phones. I've enjoyed the S10 very much so far. Great camera, great screen resolution, and finally 128G memory to start with.

I recently upgrade to a Galaxy S10 from a Galaxy S6. The S10 is a much better phone! It is slightly larger than my S6 was, but that just makes it a little easier to see the screen. It is much faster than the S6 also. Calls are crystal clear, at least on the Verizon network. Overall, I have no complaints so far.

First off in coming from a first generation pixel. It was still running as smooth as the day I bought it. The battery on the other hand just wouldnt keep a charge. I love the s10 screen and camera. The phone overall is pretty responsive. My two gripes are that it randomly freezes while surfing in chrome, and its FILLED with garbage useless Samsung software. You can only disable and turn off so much of it. One other gripe, less than a week after I bought it from best buy they put it on sale for 150 less than I paid. When I went to the store I was told prices change every day. If I wanted the new price I would have to return this phone and pay the restock fee and then purchase a new one. But then he explained he couldn't help me because they didn't have any galaxy S10s in stock. I'm 90bpercent sure he could have ordered one, but never gave the option. He was extremely rude. I'll no longer be doing any service with best buy in Salem, oregon. In customer service it pays to have empathy for the customer, not just talk at them and provide no solutions.

This replaced my S7 which only lasted 18 months due to the battery. It is an improvement with larger screen and memory. I really do not see where the camera has improved much if at all. The fingerprint reader requires me to put lots of pressure on screen in order to work. Having to pay 700 dollars to replace the S7 because of a 40 dollar battery is probably the end of me buying expensive phones.

A great phone. Bought it when the S20 came out so got a good price as well. Screen is bright, speed is great, and the battery lasts pretty well. I like having the headphone jack and the S20 is wireless headphones.

Bought this to replace my Galaxy Note 5 in which I loved. Wish I would have read a ton of reviews before purchasing because the one con I have would have been the deal breaker. No indicator light for text or calls. I hate that con! Many many pros tho. Love the camera's, love the vivid colors, love that it came with screen protector, love the ease of using it.

We had a problem getting the phone service ported from Sprint to Verizon. After a couple trips to Best Buy the problems were taken care of. Since then the phone has worked great. The camera takes great pictures and the phone battery life is much improved over my old phone.
