If I want new features I will do it, but in general the updates are annoying, this is with any phone. Its quick and easy to use. It is large so keep a good case on it. As with all nice smart phones it is a crazy price .

Best Cellphone ever.

The staff at best buy were amazing as I snuck in there mid afternoon and the associate helped get me out of there in 35 minutes. Again. Kudos to the staff and the phone is also amazing. I upgraded from the 9+ and I'm extremely happy with the phone. I do wish they would have left the fingerprint reader on the back of the phone the new one wont work with glass screen protectors.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i cant believe how much i love this phone. when it get dirty i just wash it off. the case's lid i bought for it doesn't even need to be opened up to answer a call. i love having 128gigs of space so i never need to more apps to the sd card. the display i amazing and i use mine with gear vr head set for fun. transferring a ton music to it's external sd card via usb 3.0 speeds is real time saver. the thumb print reader is something i love because i dont have to type long passwords
