I took a lot of time to make my decision. I felt Best Buy had the best product and a great price. I would suggest anyone to make the purchase through Best Buy. I am a Verizon customer and it was super easy to get my phone up and useable. I dislike setting up new devices due to the time it may take to get it going. This product was super easy.

My first cell phone was a Samsung and have upgraded to one every two years. My children also like them very much, so when I upgrade I also upgrade theirs. What I mean by service, is the company keeps the cell phone updated, and I have yet to have a problem with them. Best Buy personnel where very professional in the handling of our purchase and upgrade.
