Was an avid Samsung user in the past and 2 phones ago decided to switch to LG V20 (also previous good phone). When it was time to upgrade, the S10+ was the best bang for the buck. I was hesitant of the boatyard (why we previously switched) but it was not that bad anymore. The speed and functionality of the phone make Samsung best in class.

Lots of storage space, which I love. Love the physic of it and the color options. I personally liked the prism navy blue color.

I have the S9+ and it's ok considering the cost but the S10+ was fairly new so I encouraged her to get it. So far, she has had no complaints which is a good thing as she hates learning new phones. I hope she gets at least as many years of good service out of this one as she did with the Note 5.

Hands down best screen in the phone industry. Samsung finally did a great job with their UI, but it still doesn't beat the pure Android experience of a pixel.
