We decided to switch from S10 e to the S10 for our second phone. Most everything went perfectly with smart switch. The only negative to the transaction was best buys salespeople being unable to identify the discounts and different plans. I had always had a great experience and fun buying a phone at Best Buy but this time nobody seemed to really want to help answer questions about phone features and plan technicalities. The Samsung agent gave me as much help as he had time and was very very knowledgeable.
