Pretty great, everything's wonderful. There is a small thing though, the camera won't want to focus sometimes and I don't get why, maybe the three cameras on the back cause it to have a hard time focusing, maybe I'm catching sideways light? Idk , i did expect it to be perfect but its still a great phone.

The camera is really nice but has issues focusing on the object you want sometimes. Also the Verizon updates are very annoying. I miss my unlocked S8+

Still no comparison to the pixel 3 camera. Other then that is miss the led notification light and the new fingerprint sensor is so slow. The screen is nice and also the sound but if you own a note 9 keep it the s10 will be a downgrade.

This is a great smart phone. I particularly love the size. As with all samsung phones, it's easy to use and comes equipped with some good apps

Doesn't really seem any better than the S8+ i had. Has all the bells and whistles though. It does everything i bought it for. Much better than an iPhone

I appreciate Samsung doing something different with the notch with the focus of the camera lenses on the upper right hand side. Neat too of artist who have created backgrounds to match it perfectly as well. Overall I really enjoy how quick the response time is for apps and overall feel of the phone.

I have just gotten the phone and haven't gotten use to it yet. I seems to take longer to charge. It does a lot and takes great pictures.

Its a good phone. It's not as user friendly as I was hoping for. The camera is great. I would recommend this phone but it takes some getting used to.

I had a Note for the last few years after owning the S4 before, but decided to go with the S10+ this time. It has been a great phone. The only slight negative was getting used to the new fingerprint scanner (which is on the screen!), but after getting used to it, there have been no issues.

I have always been a Samsung Galaxy fan. My last phone was the S8 plus. I love the new colors that came out on the S 10. The Flamingo Pink is kinda orangish/pink to me than Pink. The little updates from the previous versions like the fingerprint and camera features are great. I love my phone.

Had galaxy S7 with cracked screen, so decided to upgrade. The galaxy S10+ was easy to transfer all of old phone contacts, photos, texts, docs, and anything else. It even carried over my notes as well as calendar info! Same phone was cheaper at Best Buy than at Verizon store!

If you like Samsung/Android, you should enjoy this phone. Wish they hadn't gotten rid of the blinking light notification, though!

Its a little hard to get to know the phone, some things I don't like might be because I haven't figured out how to change things... I don't like how the apps are. They should be arranged alphabetically in my opinion. If I could figure out how to make the sounds louder, thatd be great...

Love the Samsung Galaxy. This was a purchase for my Mother. The phone is the same regardless of where its purchased. This was so easy and cheaper by hundreds of dollars. Ordered online. Picked up with ease. Check in for pick from parking lot. Was ready when I arrived.

My wife and myself have been apple users for years. I had the very 1st iPhone and had up until the XSMax. I did get turned off lately with apple's lack of upgrades a d being a little behind android and Samsung. Decided to give android and Samsung a chance since apple is buying the screens off of Samsung.(lol) so far no a bad device just have to get use to an android coming from an iOS device. The one thing that I am really impressed with is the screen resolution and the fact that it came with it's own screen protector (lol)

Honestly...I love the Samsung tremendously. The fact I can completely customize my phone and do so much with the camera modes really gets me. I only have one complaint..it is not as smooth as the iPhone but understandably why. Other than that solid phone and no regrets switching.

I really needed an upgrade and was trying to make a decision between the Note 9 and s10+, and ended up going with the s10+. So far, there are things I like and some things I don’t. All around it appears to be a pretty good phone, I feel like it’s a little sensitive as far as the buttons. Sometimes just holding the phone while I talk on it will for some reason end a call, I think it’s one of the buttons on the side but I’m not sure which one yet. And, I really hate that Samsung didn’t include the notification LED light as an option on this phone...that was such an amazing feature. Didn’t know that until afterwards, because it may have impacted my decision.

This phone is a good upgrade from my previous Samsung. It does everything that I want it to do. I am having some difficulty getting service to send texts at work that I did not have with my previous phone. I am not "wow"ed by the camera yet....my former phone seemed to take better photos at concerts. Some time will tell as it could be a user error....the photos seemed more blurred and didn't focus as easily. Overall good phone. Unfortunate that a "good" phone has to cost so much these days.

No surprises. I like that Samsung keeps building on existing platforms and I do not have to learn how to use a new device.
