Miss my purple S9 that was irreparably damaged by a fellow shopper paying no attention but if I couldn't still have my favorite color, at least this prism white is way cool too. Works great so far but not much time to play with it yet.

This phone has a lot of cool features. I only have one complaint. I miss the red light showing when this phone is charging, and the blue flashing light when I have a text message.

This phone is amazing and a huge upgrade from my S8 plus. Read the reviews online, it's all that! Side note... Don't ever pre-order a phone from Best buy and expect to get it on release date. Crappy experience with them on this front.

I JUST GOT THE S-10+ BECAUSE MY S-9+ WAS NOT ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE SYNC SYSTEM IN MY NEW VEHICLE WITHOUT CUTTING OUT ALL OF THE TIME. THE S-9+ WAS 2 YEARS OLD AND THE NEW S-10+ SEEMS TO HAVE SOLVED MY PROBLEM.

Decided to get Apple out of my life. Tried the S10 and wondered what we took me so long to switch. A bit of a learning curve, but the features and customizations make it very worthwhile. Great phone--highly recommended.

You've seen most reviews by now. I'm missing the LED notification. Not sure how difficult it would've been to install it. Seeing as it was a part of earlier versions of this phone without much issues. I'm actually not a fan of the fingerprint scanner. It's maybe 50 to 75% usable. It's been gimmicky. Rest of the phone is great. But if it were me, I'd wait.

got a sweet deal on a great new phone. big screen, works well. Definite upgrade, i'm pleased.

If you don't have one, maybe you should trade your phone in and buy this. Dont buy the newer models, save the cash and buy this until a NEWER model comes out after 2020 is finished. This phone is amazing.

I love my Samsung phones and this one is no different. I got it for a great price at best buy and I have it for about 9 months now. It works well so far but battery life could use some improvement.

Smart switch put app,memos,pics,alarms, alarm names and alarm tones, contacts, ringtones I just had to set speed dials and personalized settings like ringtones and alarm tones to specific tone upgrading was quick and easy

Great phone battery last a lot longer phone will. Tell you who's calling especially if its spam

Enjoyed the phone over the past year, but the only downside is that it scratches easily and the phone surface still isn't as strong as I'd hope. I hope the glass is better on future generations.

Great phone but had defect on screen after applying three screen savers at high price found out it was defect Best Buy took return paid for screen savers without a bit of a problem so great customer service

Works great, I had an older galaxy phone for years and wanted to stay with them.... like everything else a few things are in different places but with some time you will find the things you use everyday.

Great display. Fast web search. Best Buy transferred my pictures,apps, other information and passwords. The phone automatically connected to my home network when I got home. Very easy transition to the new phone.
