New phones were purchased for both me and my husband, Unfortunately they didn't do the download for us this year, so we had a few issues with things getting transferred over to the new phone, its taken a few days to get it back up and running .

A lot of steps to set it up. I ordered the phone online. When I received it the box was open and already had the Verizon card in it. It was either used or opened and returned. The battery does not last half as long as it claims. No clue what Bixby is! Need to keep reading!
