This is my least favorite, simply because of all the bloatware on the phone right out of the gate. My previous phones didn't start bogging down until they were at least a year old. This one didn't even take a month. There is literally so much junk that comes on the phone and you do not have the ability to uninstall it. Do I own this phone, or what? Additionally, by far the most expensive Galaxy I've had to purchase, and certainly doesn't provide good value for the price. This costs as much as a gaming laptop, and that's pathetic.

I was going to send it back but decided to work with it as i am not tech savvy. My adult children are helping me.

The power sharing feature made it seem, from the commercials, that it would last all day. This is not the case.

All the buttons are inconvenient for how I hold my phone. Seems like there are more steps to do things. Than my google pixle phone did. Plus I have never had my screen ever crack on a phone and I'm 56 and had several phones. First week of having this phone I come out of a store and look down at my phone and my screen is cracked. I didn't even drop it . The only thing I can think that happened is I had it in my hand scanning things and must have bumped it on my car, at some point. Can't believe it's that fragile. Smh. I don't like the case I bought either. The selection was poor at the store so I just got the clear one. Phone is still too slick with it on. I'm being generous giving this phone 1 star. I will be going back to a google phone phone as soon as I can. The only reason I got this one, was because I missed the 20 dollar sale a month. It was the week before :( and my phone I had wouldn't hold a charge anymore. So the clerk suggested this phone. I will try the buttons out on my next phone and navigate one , before purchasing one. Lesson learned. Should have waited for the sale to come back on the google pixel 4 xl. That's the one I wanted.

Mediocre camera, Google privacy invasion to do anything on device. Texting like i was in 2004 all over again SMS? Still? Great device for ones who has the patience to have it set up correctly, and need to know every moment what is occurring as well as trustworthiness to Google is a must. I just can't find the premium "plus" quality, user experience, or ease of use as Apple provides.

My G6 was limited with only 32G of memory to load apps. If your pictures went in that space less room. The G6 was slowing down. I had a S6 before this and really liked the phone so I decided to upgrade to a S10+ from my G6. This turned out to be a big downgrade. This is the worst phone. It has it's own agenda. The screen is so sensitive. The list is to long. Cost of phone is to high for the value.
