    Phone constantly drips signal. Samsung says known issue since Verizon with 5g. Bought the device in march. Still a new phone in the plastic in a case. Told i had to get a new device nothing could be done about it. Literally have to walk around with a wireless hotspot just to get signal. Waste of money. Should have kept my note 8. Ordered the note 10+5g based on. Recommendation. If the phones purchased as a 4g arent capable and have issues because of the 5g. Why is it still being sold? Never mind you i purchased mine and it worked fine UNTIL this happened, and by that point its thank you for your thousand dollars. Please try again with our jew 1500 dollar phone.

    Since day one the phone has been staticky while making phone calls to the point where neither the other person or myself can understand each other. The internet does not work at all without wifi, which is bizarre, especially because I have unlimited data with my Verizon plan (at any location, I've tried all different areas). I previously had the Samsung Galaxy Edge S7 and it worked great, never a problem with any of the calls, features or internet. I was out of town and missed my 2 week return window, so now I'm stuck with a glorified camera since I can't make calls or use the internet.

    This phone has its flaws. The camera for pictures is amazing but videos are terrible. Too bad I can no longer return this phone because it sucks!

    I upgraded to the s-10 and love it, my son lives out of town and the camera is awesome for using facetime

    My husband and I went to bestbuy to purchase him a new phone for his birthday. I didn't need a phone but was offered a great deal of buy one get one for 700 dollars off. When I checked by Verizon bill I was charged full price. I am very angry because I gave my old phone away.

    The Samsung has many problems. Wireless charging stops for no reason, even with a Samsung branded charger. The fingerprint reader is spotty at best. The facial recognition is very poor. The batter life is 1/3 of what I used to get with my LG V30. Customer service just suggested I do a factory reset, which didn't fix any of the design flaw. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung.

    S10 plus comes with a screen protector installed. The screen protector on my S10 plus was ripped when I received it. Could be it was the tech who put in sim card. Now I need to buy another screen protector. Phone seems good but disappointed in Best Buy

    Need to talk to a tech. Volume issues. Screen timeout turns off after 2-3 minutes. Automaticly Shuts down. Old home screen saver keeps coming up.

    countless unauthorized updates have made the phone feel cumbersome and unintuitive. Ive had samsung phones since the original galaxy but I think its time for a change

    This one has stopped charging, saying that there is moisture in the port. It's been dry since I bought it and it's been doing it for almost a week now.

    The microphone for incoming calls does not work. I constantly have to ask callers to repeat what they say. Phone will be returned.
