    I moved up from the Note 8, to the Note 9 and now the Samsung S10plus. I absolutely love it! Incredible battery, great camera, very fast, bright screen. You will be very happy with it. I can't thank Corey, the Verizon Best Buy salesperson and Sean from Samsung for the Outstanding experience at the Florence, KY store. Love Love Love it!

    Owned S4, S6, S7 Edge, S9+ and now S10+. Best phone of all the bunch. I DO miss the LED light, but there are workarounds and everything else makes up for it. The phone is noticeably lighter than my S9+ was and I enjoy this in my hand. Device feels premium, runs amazing, and the wide-angle camera is awesome. I do not have the issues with the Fingerprint reader like others are having. Highly recommend!

    It’s fast and it was easy to transfer everything, the battery last long enough from 5am to 7pm. Love the use of the whole screen. Haven’t used every feature yet but excited to know I can charge other devices with my phone. No other phone can do that.

    phone works great but had a issue with factory screen protector after having phone for 2 weeks.,screen protector started to get air bubbles at bottom of protector,was told by best buy that it was not a phone defect and that because is was with in the 14 day exchange period that i would have to pay 35.00 dollar exchange fee.so i called samsung customer service and was told that they would mail me a new screen protector, no charge , but they would not pay the fee to best buy to install the new screen protector. they would only pay a certified authorized samsung dealer ,which there where no local ones in my area.or i could send phone out to samsung for repair and not see it back for about 9days.i asked customer service person if they would refund me the 35.00 dollar restocking fee and even after he asked his supervisor they said no.

    Going Back to S8+

    The S10+ has a proximity sensor issue dating back to March where the screen doesn't always go black when you're on a call with the phone placed to your face. Nearly every call I make I hit other numbers or the speakerphone with my face because of this. Pulling the phone away doesn't always turn the screen back on so you have to press the power button. Samsung may have bit off a little more than they can chew with trying to invent new features, like in-screen sensors. You can Google and see various forum posts and articles about this, and getting a replacement phone has still left customers with the same issue. While some S10+ features are better, at least I never had any issues with the S8+, especially screen issues while on a phone. If you're listening Samsung, if it's not broke don't fix it. Or at least invest more into Quality Assurance. Will be returning this unit.

    Everything about this phone sounds so great. The specs are amazing. The camera features are amazing and stunning. But it was would be nice if you preordered something you would get it the day it comes out. Why are the black s10 plus 125 GB not come to my store.

    I had a note 8 and was going to switch to an iPhone xmax but after reviewing and looking at the specs, this phone just offered more for less. I've had a week now and I'm happy with my choice

    I have owned a Samsung phone since I gave up my Blackberry 15 years ago. I am not at all pleased with the wake up or screen on this S10+ phone. My S8+ was a better phone. If I have it set at Portrait why doesn't it wake up that way? Somebody help me with this one. The Samsung man at Bestbuy told me they are working on a fix? When?

    Fingerprint scanner DOES NOT WORK

    I bought this phone with very high hopes. Unfortunately, the fingerprint scanner absolutely, positively DOES NOT WORK. At all. Samsung rolled out a software update to correct this issue. It didn't work. Then they recommended you input the same fingerprint twice to increase the chances of success. That didn't work either. Then they said the fingerprint scanner will not work with a screen protector? Ummm... what? The phone comes with a screen protector on it. Anybody that uses their phone knows the importance of a screen protector to protect against scratches. Most people's phones will be all scratched up within a month if they don't use a screen protector. Also, removing the screen protector didn't help anyway. Then, Samsung said the fingerprint scanner "will improve in time." What does that even mean? This phone also comes equipped with facial recognition technology. The problem is, any photo of yourself whether on paper or another device will fool this phone. Even somebody that looks like you can fool the phone. There are videos all over YouTube of people doing this. Check them out. That leaves punching in a PIN number every time you want to check your phone. This isn't 2012. Nobody wants to do that anymore. It's a hassle. I returned this phone and got the Apple XS Max and it is sooo much better than this. Do yourself a favor and skip this phone.
