But I had to go through the whole activation after I got to the store. About 1 hour and 1/2 . They told me they had no clue what happened except it might have been a computer glitch. I think it might have been an employee not completing their job. Or at least to make sure it was done correctly.

Battery life was garbage cause the phone was old. I got this phone $400 off during Black Friday. Had to jump on it. Love this phone!

He has had several now and really likes it. He thinks they are easy to use. He prefers this phone over the iPhone.
