Traded in and upgraded from the Note 8. Not a huge fan of the pill shaped hole punch but I can get over it. On the Note I preferred to stretch the screen to fill up the usable space, on the S10+ new aspect ratio this works on YouTube only even Samsung Internet video player hasn't updated to stretch. I preferred Iris scanner on the Note but the face unlock works well, haven't tried it but I hear a picture will unlock the phone. The fingerprint sensor works just okay with the factory screen protector, I'd say better than 50/50 maybe it will improve with updates. The battery is very good and so are the cameras and I especially like the UWA.

It is super fast! Takes great pictures. Very easy the navigat.

I really love my Samsung Galaxy S10+. Being a former Windows Phone user Samsung offers some of the best integration with Windows 10 on PC including being able to mirror your screen on your PC or make phone calls & send text messages. The phone itself gets great battery life and its screen quality is amazing.

Switched from iPhone to the new Samsung S10+. Although it will take a little time learning a new platform Samsung has made this process fairly easy. This phone is crystal clear, has an extremely fast processor and is easy to use. There are many ways to customize the phone to your likeing. Battery lasts a day and a half at steady use.

Great phone! Had the S9 so wasn't sure how big of an upgrade it'd be, but it def is night and day. For one, the camera is a lot better. IDK why, but I never could seem to get a good photo with the S9. The S10+ has a ton of options, and three cameras, but, even without tinkering with the settings, takes really nice photos. And it has a version of portrait mode! The nicest thing about this phone, though, is how streamlined it is. Connecting to your tablet, PC, car, etc. seems much easier. Everything just flows better (not a pun on their new "flow" app.) It also flows pretty seemlessly with any AI (Alexa, Cortana, Google) if Bixby isn't for you. Speaking of which, Bixbys new routines app is really nice. The only gripes I have is you can't get a good screen protector if you wanna use the fingerprint sensor. It comes with one, but, after two weeks, it has scratches and stuff. Pretty flimsy. Also, the battery life isn't great. I use Chrome a lot, so that drains battery, but yeah. I usually only get about 10 hours max, which I got the phone because my S9s battery was garbage but oh well! Overall great phone.

Upgraded my phone from the previous Galaxy s8+ and I'm very happy with this new phone. I love the full screen and how quick the phone works especially turning on (which used to bug me on the length of time it took to get to the home screen on previous phone). The phone is beautiful and I'm very happy with my purchase! Love it!

I traded in my Galaxy 9+ for the Galaxy 10+ asd the major differences are the screen is better. Side by side the screen with the Blue filter looks much better, does not look like you are wearing lightly colored brown tinted sunglasses. I did like the rear finger print accessibility on the 9+ it was easier to use as the 10+ you have to push the side button to get the screen to light up prior to using the fingerprint unlock feature. The pressure needed is substantially more the the 9+. The other big difference is the 10+ side button right side is higher on the phone. Those are the most noticed immediate differences. I had issues getting the 10+ to acknowledge my MSN email account when setting up the phone. So did the 5 phone tech support people at the local store. I do not like the ChatBots that can not be deleted on the text message page and of course the abundance of preinstalled software that you can not delete or remove, only disable. Google also stuffs you phone with apps. Some of the Widgets do not work on the 10+ like the Weather Channel, so you have to down load the app and have icon showing instead of the temperature showing.

I have had this phone for 2 weeks, and I really enjoy it. I upgraded from a Note 8. I could feel the difference between the two phones immediately! This phone is noticeably lighter than my Note 8, holds a longer battery charge, and has a faster and smoother feel overall. I thought I would miss the S pen, but I don't.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy S10 plus. Great camera, great screen for streaming movies and the sound is fabulous too. Just wish Samsung would give free options for changing the font, it's kinda ridiculous to pay this much for a phone and then be charged extra for personalizing it with a font of your choosing. Just sayin

I upgraded from the Samsung galaxy S7 to the S10plus and couldn't be happier! The S10plus is very easy to use and I'm impressed with the quality of the photos it takes! I was amazed at how easy it was to transfer all my content from the old phone to the new one in a very short amount of time!

I'm still using the same Samsung S10+ phone and it is still fast. I've been getting regular updates every few months and the phone has never been better. I have finally gotten close to filling up the memory, so it's about time to unload onto the computer. This phone has the best camera!

Just an excellent, fast and technically loaded phone with an unbelievable camera! 16mp rear camera with xtra wide feature. Unlock the phone 4 different ways, but I use the fingerprint recognition right on the surface screen of the phone. Just an amazing piece of hardware! Very glad I upgraded to this phone.

Just updated my phone from the Galaxy S7 to the S10+ and I have to say the camera's are awesome, the ease of use of course with android is great, and the phone itself is just overall amazing. I've had the phone almost 2 weeks and im still figuring it out but so far I'm impressed. Loving the S10+.

I upgrade from the Galaxy S9 plus and this phone is great. Faster, more powerful, better camera. I am still getting used to the in-screen fingerprint sensor since the S9 was on the back but no complaints about the phone. Everything transferred easily from my old phone to the new phone.

The S10+ has a large screen which is great, just prepare for a large phone with a case on it. The battery life is impressive, even while streaming videos. I really wish it still had a flashing light on it for notifications but at least it vibrates when you pick it up and have a notification.

My S7 edge started running out of room and freezing up,purchased over black Friday deal. Great service from the BB team on making sure i got the right phone for me and was able to transfer everything from old to new. Phone takes great pictures and extremely fast processor.

Absolutely love Samsung phones. Before this we still had the S7. This one is bigger and I enjoy having that larger screen, Camera is incredible, as well all know these days everyone keeps memories through social media images. IT is user friendly and has great apps and features.

So i've had this phone for about 6 months now. I haven't seen its speed deteriorate at all. I don't use the camera as often as I probably should, but the picture quality is superb. Def recommend this phone for anyone. Huge upgrade over the S8, which is what I had.

Great Battery Life; in-display fingerprint works great once you know where exactly to place your finger each time, the screen looks amazing. Camera is great though not a huge upgrade if you have the S9 series (Color pop feature is great though). All in all an awesome phone!

My second Galaxy I've had. I bought apple before and when I gave Samsung a try I never went back. I decided to go with the plus and glad I did. I love the size. The camera is very nice. The galaxy is the phone to get if you want freedom and options.
