For the people that want a great-quality 2019 flagship smartphone. Not as expensive as the S20's. Dare I say a more reliable camera than the S20 Ultra. It's a definitive edition kind of a phone, one with very minor issues if any, and as far as I know, as of now, it's expected to receive two more years of updates. That's pretty freaking good for an Android smartphone.

Prices are getting outrageous for flagship phones, so thank goodness for Best Buy's Black Friday sale because the speed and amazing camera of this one are well worth it! Only thing I'm not fond of so far is the fingerprint sensor. VERY MUCH prefer the one on the S8. It was much faster and easier to locate without looking as I pulled it from my pocket. Otherwise it is exactly what I expected.

Samsung has hit another home run with this phone. The phone is very fast and responds very well to almost all applications. The only downfall that I have found so far is the fingerprint reader doesn't always read my finger. I really wish Samsung would also give you the option to remove BIXBY completely from the phone. I love that they included a installed screen protector on the phone. Great Job Samsung.

I like the size of the phone. Fits good in my hands. I don't care for the earplugs and the charging cord is much shorter that the previous ones. I wish they both were white as well. Love the size of the screen but the double camera on the front, looks awkward at times. I wish it had the led light. I do like that the phone comes with a screen protector already installed in the phone.

This is one of the best phones you can buy..period. From security to application management, this phone does it all. Don’t get caught up in the hype of the cameras and vr, which this phone has both. I would still recommend this phone over the current Samsungs.

I have been team galaxy for over 10 years now. This is byfar the best phone they have put out to date! The wireless powershare is pretty cool but the camera on this thing is next level! I highly recommend this phone.

I have been liking the differences in the interface as compared to the S7, clearly from the same ilk, but the design updates are clearly well thought out and have evolved nicely. Having such significant RAM and storage is also showing itself to be a significant positive.

If you look at my first review of this phone,you will see that it is so awesome we bought a 2nd one for our son to replace his GalaxyS7, the first one is my husband's that replaced his GalaxyS9. The other thing I forgot to mention is the Battery life is also Awesome.

I love to travel and do things with my children. With that being said, taking pictures to keep memories is what I like to do. This phone captures every single moment. The background effects and imaging are beyond awesome. Good job Samsung on this one!

Was a little hesitant to trade my Note8 in but I am glad I did. This phone is amazing. The screen is the best out there with some gorgeous clarity. OneUI is 100% better then the previous TouchWiz interface. It also has Dolby Atmos... Phone is killer.

Had lots of issues at first and now after sprint made some tweaks it works great. It takes amazing videos and pictures and the storage with a 256gig card is more than I could ever use. I love the fingerprint ID but wish it would work faster.

The innovation they make on these phones are minimal. But when they come up with something new. Its a game changer. The battery life is insane. Not only can i charge my s3 frontier watch but still have enough charge for the rest of the day.

The best phone to date very easy to use and very fast

I like my s10+ so far with the exception of the missing notification light. I didn't realize it didn't have it when I purchased it. It's a big deal not having it because now I can't tell if I have messages or missed phone calls w/o turning on phone. I liked the light & don't know why Samsung would take away this feature.

Home screen display is not in Sharp color as previous phone (edge 7). My previous phone took much better pictures. I don't like the Bixby button on the side. it gets in the way. I don't like having to wave my hand in front of the camera to take a selfie. it was easier to wave my index finger over the flash or use the volume button. If the volume button was lower and remove the Bixby button then it would make is easier to take a selfie. I only stick with Samsung phones for the great quality pictures, but now I may have to find a different brand with the quality of pictures Samsung used to have. Really frustrated. You will probably make changes for the better but I will be stuck with this phone for awhile.

I upgraded from a S6, which I loved, I didn't think my phone could get much better. But it is amazing. I have been getting numerous comments on how clear my pictures are coming or as well. Love, love. Love!

I love this phone. I trded in my iPhone 6 for this and my God what a better device. Too many features to define, but now I understand why people say that android is way more liberating than iOS. Thank you Best buy.

I switched to Apple a couple of years ago and adopted everything in their ecosystem (iPhone, AirPods, iMAC, iPad, etc) but always thought my phone was better off as being Android, specifically Samsung. We have all Samsung TVs at home and this works very well with them. I also do a lot of file transferring between devices, including files, movies, music, etc and iOS is not really better suited for that purpose. Best Buy gave me $550 and Sprint another $100 to trade in my iPhone so the decision was easy to make.

I love this phone. Has great features. The screen size is big. The only down fall is that I had to exchange it because my phone was overheating and kept losing connections. Bestbuy took it and replaced it without hesitation
