Note to S10
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been a Galaxy owner since the S2 but a Note owner since the Note 4. I was actually waiting on the Note 10 but "drank the kool-aid' on the S10. Don't get me wrong, it's a kool phone but coming from the Note 8, i just expected more. I mean, i did give up my stylus. I really have to get used to not having an L.E.D. notification or being able to have multiple screens open at the same time. I'd recommend it because it IS a great device. I just expected more.

Somehow I ended up with a defective unit that wouldn't connect to cell service, and Samsung and Sprint both wouldn't replace. They both spun it that it was the others problem to fix. The screen resolution and cameras were excellent. The previous model I had was the S8 plus which rocked. I upgraded to the Note S20 ultra and haven't had a single issue.

The photos come out soft. Come to find out, the Samsung software comes preset with beauty filter from factory. I recommend checking out YouTube videos on how to set up the camera. Everything else is really good, especially the ability to add up to 512gb micro SD card which can hold about a hundred HD movies. BIXBY, Samsung's proprietary assistant like Google still needs a lot of improvement in comparison to Google and Alexa.
