    Home screen display is not in Sharp color as previous phone (edge 7). My previous phone took much better pictures. I don't like the Bixby button on the side. it gets in the way. I don't like having to wave my hand in front of the camera to take a selfie. it was easier to wave my index finger over the flash or use the volume button. If the volume button was lower and remove the Bixby button then it would make is easier to take a selfie. I only stick with Samsung phones for the great quality pictures, but now I may have to find a different brand with the quality of pictures Samsung used to have. Really frustrated. You will probably make changes for the better but I will be stuck with this phone for awhile.

    I've been a Galaxy owner since the S2 but a Note owner since the Note 4. I was actually waiting on the Note 10 but "drank the kool-aid' on the S10. Don't get me wrong, it's a kool phone but coming from the Note 8, i just expected more. I mean, i did give up my stylus. I really have to get used to not having an L.E.D. notification or being able to have multiple screens open at the same time. I'd recommend it because it IS a great device. I just expected more.

    I'm sorry, but as of right now wait to buy this phone! I am having alot of problems with my calls dropping.....my wife has a S9+ on the same network & her phone isnt doing this..... people that I talk to say I sound very far away & sound like a robot. Cameras are all Great! Love them all. The new onscreen fingerprint sensor is very nice & makes it alot easier to use the phone with one hand.

    3 weeks, 2 phones, 1 ticked off consumer. Phone has great display, is powerful, comfortable to hold, great camera, smooth as butter BUT it wont work on Sprint LTE bands 41 and 25. Because of this you'll need to get a phone guy to disable them for you, and then hope you dont need them. Sprint blames Samsung, Samsung blames Sprint.

    The phone is absolutely better then my previous S6, storage is bigger, as well as a screen, great camera. Only one complaint- the internet service with sprint on this phone is really slow, sometimes absent at all, though, the antenna shows that the service is present. It's really very annoying...

    I know this is new but there are a few bugs they need to look at.. I'm not sure why but my mobile data is horrible with this phone I get a lot of buffering ,waite screens etc never had this issue with any other phone.. so far I will say looks good but not happy with performance

    Have had cell connection issue since first upset. On my second phone. Sprint blames Samsung and they blame sprint. Should have stayed with my s8 or went with s9 that my wife loves.

    I had an S7 and preordered S10 plus not sure what I was expecting but I'm not impressed. The screen color on my S7 is definitely better than the S10 plus. I just brought a new phone because I wanted a new phone. I really could've saved this $1000

    After one week, I pickup my phone after charge over night. It was very hot. Later that day I went to turn on my phone, it was dead. Try to charge it ..nothing. best buy did take care of it but had to settle for bad instead of blue.

    I do not know if it is Sprint or the phone but dropped calls have increased and the network is very inconsistent. The camera is excellent and call quality is good as long as it does not drop.

    Preordered my phone and since I have had it I have had nothing but issues. - Dropped calls - Low signals - Poor Samsung customer service - Slow web performance

    Wait on this one. Known hardware issues. Made for dropped calls and malfunctions. Best Buy had to swap it out using my Gewk Squad protection.

    We’ve had connection issues since day one. Both WIFI and 4G would drop connection. The phone is very sleek otherwise. Check with your carrier before purchase.

    Not impressed with phone. Sprint service is lousy. Phone dials 911 in my pocket even when the proper controls are turned off.

    While the phone is nice and the battery is fantastic, the finger print sensor is lacking. It's no where near as consistent as the old version.
