    Locked out four days after purchasing

    First, there's plenty of power in the battery... see below. Second, the photo quality is phenomenal. I had an S7 before this and was happy, but this is Wow! Third, I put a 512GB micro-SD in it. Let's see how fast I get the "... running critically low" message. Fourth, I put in the pattern lock, the facial recognition, fingerprint, and a password as security measures for access. I hate passwords, and considering that three other measures were available, I felt comfortable. I upgraded my OS a few days after getting the camera (with a phone feature). After resetting, I was instructed to put in a password. This is completely on me, but I put in nearly 100 attempts, waiting up to a minute between attempts. As I mentioned in comment number one, the battery life is incredible. The phone was at 100% when this escapade started. After these 90ish attempts, I decided that I was going to just reset my phone to factory settings. In order to do this, you have to shut off your phone, but you need a password. I turned on the LED flashlight, and seventeen hours later, the battery was at 5%. COME ON!!! Eventually I reset it to factory defaults and made sure my password wouldn't be forgotten. You would think with four options and an email on file, there would be a way to get past this. I talked with Verizon (tried, but no help), and they sent me to Samsung Support. Both tried to get me to shut off my phone. Joke's on them. Opportunity for improvement(OFI)... put a voting system in place with the other three security measures already in the phone or offer a security backdoor (email, trusted friend, or phone) to not let this happen. Yeah, ultimately it's my fault. There was a warning when I set up my phone, but man was it inconvenient not being able to have my phone for a whole day. Thanks for reading my rant.

    the phone all in all is as advertised. however don't think it's worth the money. if you have a s7-s9, there's no need to upgrade. Fingerprint reader gets a 7/10, sometimes its sensitive, when tapping a notification on the lock screen before opening the phone with the fingerprint scanner to get to that notification it takes longer to open the phone. hopefully you don't like having your phone in your pocket while not using it, this is NOT a pocket phone. it'll fit, but its quite uncomfortable. doing away with the LED light for notifications is a loss, however the new feature on the always on display to tap the screen for it to turn on for only 30 seconds is nice, shows notifications while its on. night mode is pretty sweet, looks sleek when its on. the battery life is outstanding. had the phone for a month and my last charge gave me nearly 3 days between charges. now it obviously depends on how much the device is used, but on average I'd say I get 2 days between charges. I expect that to deteriorate over time as the battery dies. the camera/video modes are great, and the pictures are outstanding! haven't taken any videos yet. the wireless PowerShare is a nice feature, but unless you have a galaxy watch, galaxy buds, or small accessory etc it doesn't come in handy much, if at all.

    I have had this phone for about a month now... I had the Samsung Galaxy s6 and it lasted me for 4 yrs. (Which was way longer than the Samsung Galaxy s5. It only lasted for 2 yrs and literally died.) Finally Samsung made the upgrade I wanted! If you're not using your phone much the battery life can last up to 3-4 days! The pictures and videos are Great! Love that you can add more GB. If you use hearing aids or just have trouble hearing maybe you shouldn't get this phone...but unfortunately I'm still not satisfied on all the upgrades iPhone has made, which supposedly is better for hearing aids. Other than the hearing aids prob., I love this phone! I was gonna wait for the Flip but glad I didn't after what people have said and it's ok that Samsung Galaxy s10 plus is not 5G.

    Not really that much bigger than my old S8 but the screen is more responsive and still getting used to the fingerprint being on the front. Fingerprint doesn't always work especially when the phone is in my car mount. Best feature so far is the face recognition. Easily recognized me so don't have to fuss with the fingerprint or code to unlock phone. Battery definitely lasts longer, but then again my S8 was almost 2 years old. The latest system update on my S8 was so good, there isn't much difference as compared to the S10 plus. We'll see over time if it was worth it to switch.

    So far I love the camera and the new options, the touch Sensitivity for the screen could use a little adjusting, and my battery power does not last as long as it should according to the ads. I have to charge my phone every night even if I have not used it much during the day. The factory screen protector is not very good, im not sure what kind of material it is made of but there are tiny little scratches all over it from my earrings and i have never had a screen protector that did that, i also usually have a zagg so that could be why.

    The S10+ is as close to perfect as you can get, given all the notch nonsense. I don't mind the cutout, at all. In fact, I couldn't care a single bit about selfie cams (I wish they were all gone!). The only downside is that you have to live without a notification light. I'm personally still hoping that they make the cutout pixel into a notification light that you can customize, though. However, you do kinda get used to living without it. This might be a dealbreaker for some, though!

    OMG...I have had this phone for 3 weeks now and can say that, so far, I love it, especially the cameras! I purchased it prior to leaving for vacation so had time to play with it. The worst part for me is that there are about 50-ish notifications so it took some time to set them (mostly as they pinged!) and the best part(s) are the speed, display and the pictures! Though I was not happy with the price, it is a great phone.

    I upgraded to the S10+ from the S6 and I have been blown away on many different levels. The battery always gets through at least a day and a half before needing a recharge. The camera is quite amazing. And the screen is gorgeous. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the fingerprint scanner could use some improvements. Other than that, I highly recommend this amazing flagship device!!

    Samsung Galaxy S10+ is a great improvement over previous gen models. The rear camera takes fantastic photos. I do not like how close the front camera is on default, it looks very zoomed in without even zooming in. Battery life is mich improved, lasts all day between taking pics, texting, snapchat, Facebook, etc. Able to delete most of the junk apps that come on it from the factory.

    You've seen most reviews by now. I'm missing the LED notification. Not sure how difficult it would've been to install it. Seeing as it was a part of earlier versions of this phone without much issues. I'm actually not a fan of the fingerprint scanner. It's maybe 50 to 75% usable. It's been gimmicky. Rest of the phone is great. But if it were me, I'd wait.

    Only took a star away because, it to me, didnt blow my note 8 away. Will say the battery life destroys all of the phones I've had. The charging feature is good if u have another device that is compatible. Have to take cover off to use this function. Finger scanner is subpar and the face recognition is too easy to unlock. Perfomance is nice. The screen quality is excellent.

    The S10+ is a great phone with excellent battery life. The three cameras on the back are very versatile. The screen itself is gorgeous and I do not mind the camera cutouts at all. The only negative is that the in screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is not as good as the prior capacitive fingerprint sensors on the back and sometimes takes me a few tries to unlock the phone.

    This is my 3rd Samsung phone, each better than the one before. You don't notice the notch and can hide it if you want but you lose screen size if you do. Only issue I've had is the camera came on in my pocket, I must've clicked it. Ran the battery down a little, but still had plenty of battery left for the day.

    I like the feel of the phone. It's lightweight and the diplay and colors are vibrant. The camera is good. Like other people, I find the front facing black oval camera spot to be somewhat distracting. the phone seems to overheat rather quickly. Just as much as my old S7+ I thought it would be better in that respect.

    Phone is fast and fluid and nearly great, being held back by a poor implementation for a finger print scanner on the screen that is not natural in execution nor quick. Camera's are good but not great with typical Samsung aggressive HDR that smooths out too many textures making it look like a oil painting.

    Upgraded from an S9+. No major differences except the screen is excellent, and the camera is amazing. Nice that it comes with a screen protector already on. Only issue is the fingerprint scanner is very slow and you have to press hard for it to recognize you.

    The screen is beautiful. The battery life is good. The camera is amazing. I have not had it bog down. I do have two complaints. First, the fingerprint reader works about 50% of the time. Second, the body is slick. You will need a case or it will slip out of your hand.

    If it had an LED indicator light I'd give it 5 stars. Not sure what they were thinking leaving that out . Very cool that I can charge my watch off of my phone! Sometimes when charging someone's phone you'll need to take off one case ! Sick phone. Awesome

    I bought this phone because my Galaxy S5 broke. This phone is great and the GUI is not much different than previous Galaxy models. The only issue is that the finger print being on the glass is a bit slow and that gets annoying with time.

    Just Got the S10+ and it is a learning process,this is my 3rd Galaxy and the battery life is excellent as well as the camera options. It is a bit larger than my S7 Edge but so far i am impressed.
