Best Buy would not give me a brand new replacement and neither would Samsung. Overall worst purchase I have made in years. Now Samsung is trying to repair the phone and will take 13 days. I am now without a phone nearly as long as I owned the device. I would like to switch to Apple after this awful experience with Samsung after having almost all the Galaxy phones since they existed. Stay away from this lemon of a phone. Terrible customer service by both Best Buy and Samsung who should have replaced this phone after 25 days of ownership.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone is amazing I was scriptural at first but every night it puts my iPhone to sleep with ease, this phone is customizable as used to be but now even more couldn’t be better easy to use battery life is outstanding as I’m using an iPhone XS Max and I love this s10+ way more the screen is amazing quality no sorry super amazing and for those who have doubts wether to get it or not go get it do t doubt it does not slow down at all no freezing No lag what so ever and it’s really cool that you could add 512gb memory card to the phone just perfect the videos are amazing can’t even shoot with my professional camera such beautiful pictures I have no Cons what so ever people that complain about the screen sticking out please this is not a football just take care of it you could drop any phone from one foot and break it and drop it like I do from a car when I come outside and I have never broken a phone from drops because you need to use a good case such as otterbox anyways this phone is awesome keep up the good work Samsung!

Water resistant, lots of battery, great screen & cameras, fast, and lots of RAM & SSD, more than many laptops. If you want the best, get the best! This is currently the best.

If feels a lot better in the hand then the note 9 which was the main reason I switched and although I do miss the S pen I feel my choice was well worth it in the end. I have no complaints.

Photo and video quality are excellent, the screen display is great. I recently used the wireless power share feature with my Galaxy Watch and it works great. Only 4 stars because the fingerprint sensor is good but could be a little faster. Overall I highly recommend this phone.
