Cons: I went from S7 to S10, so there is a big learning curve. Also the cords are not interchangeable, need a C for the 10. I also really miss the notification led. I’m a grandmother and don’t get a lot of messages, so I liked being alerted that I had one. Things seem to bounce back to original settings from time to time, maybe it’s operator failure. How many videos can one watch to learn about the new features. Pros: It is so much faster. Going from a 37GB to a 128GB. But it is filling up fast with just a few apps. Love that I still have my pictures on the mini disc. Enjoy the face recognition. So far it works. When in auto must remove sunglasses. But just down so the eyes show seems to work. The fingerprint still doesn’t always work for me. Once again, maybe operator failure. Looking forward to three years with this S10 as I had with my S7.

Setup was easy and it's been a simple upgrade from s8. The phone is faster and the camera is very nice. I'm sure there are more features I could be using, but it's done everything I need.

I've had an S10 for several months already and bought this one for my wife because she loved mine so much. The Samsung screens are top of the line with exceptional resolution for all your entertainment needs. I'm really impressed with the camera on the S10, especially in low light situations. Another great feature is the ultra widescreen shots you can take with both cameras. The battery lasts all day! Even under heavy use when I've plugged it in at the end of the day it's only been as low as 40%. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone needing an upgrade from their older phone. You won't be disappointed.

I upgraded to this phone from a galaxy S7 and the difference in screen quality, camera and overall features is stunning. I'm very happy with it's beautiful design and size.

I had no idea how much I would appreciate them new S10 coming from an S5 the speed and screen are unbelievable. Battery is amazing all day without charging gaming fast and smooth

This phone has everything, and does everything I need in a phone. Very easy to use. Plenty of memory. The camera is excellent. The battery seems to last forever.

I recently made the switch to the Galaxy S10 from the S7. Perhaps some of my excitement is going to come off as insincere to some people who routinely get the new phone at release. I tend to get the newest phone out, but only after my old phone has been used extensively. The phone feels great. I use a Spigen rugged case, and the phone just feels good. The camera is amazing, especially the wide angle shot feature. The battery is absolutely the best battery I have ever experienced. I also purchased this phone on a Black Friday deal, basically getting the phone 50% off. I'm very glad I made the switch.

Haven't had it that long, and had the S9 prior, but have been pleased so far. Was having some difficulty getting the fingerprint scanner to work consistently, but a YouTube video helped me learn how to fix that, so now that works well, consistently. I'm really liking the improved camera with the wide angle and the new OS on the camera. It's logical and easy to use. No storage issues, especially since I added a 128 GB micro SD card. Sound quality from the speakers has been good, not phenomenal, but I didn't expect amazing sound. Was really pleased with the trade in value of my S9 at Best Buy, so the cost to upgrade was minimal.

I upgraded from an S7. So quite a few changes that I had to maneuver and get used to. I do like that most the apps I use regularly are on the main 2 pages and then the location of the hidden apps are easy to get to. The side bar is nice too, I removed some apps I wouldn't use and put in some I will so I wouldn't have to flip through pages looking for the apps. Sound quality is great, photos are even crisp and clear. Battery is great, charge about every 2 to 2 1/2 days (yes I use my phone a lot). Fingerprint biometric is ok, it doesn't always read my print like it should but the phone has a back up to enter if needed. I didn't like that they changed the charger size and the cord is really short like 3 ft. but the plus size is it doesn't matter which way the charger goes in because it is oval.

I love that the screen shows from end to end. I am still getting used to this phone and all its features, So much more memory than my old phone and the camera is fantastic.

The camera is amazing and the 128gb of storage allows me plenty of space for music and podcasts! The phone is so much faster than my s7 and I'm glad that I upgraded!

We were very happy to upgrade from the S7 to S10. The phone is very fast and works incredibly well. I like the fingerprint scan for protection as well as how you can set your home to be an unlocked location so you don't have to use a password. It charges very fast and the camera is amazing. The only tricky part is getting a case that has a curve with the phone. The edges are curved and most cases are straight so you have this small gap where dust comes through and ends up on the back of the phone. We got a case the first day the phone came out so maybe by now a month later they have improved the fit.

I have been a galaxy lover since the S4. The S10 is so sleek and the perfect size. The screen is huge and the 5 camera lenses deliver sharp, beautiful pictures!

I preordered and picked up on date it was released. It is good size, easy to use, and has Awesome camera. Fingerprints works no problem with protector film.

This phone is fast and efficient! It's very easy to use and has a great camera! Very versatile and slim. The full screen feature is awesome.

I don't use a smartphone to it's full potential, but I have enjoyed this phone so far. The picture quality is out of this world and it's light design makes it easy for use while doing my color by number :). I know, a lot of money to use it as a coloring book....lol! It has more features and potential than I will ever have the desire to explore and use. If you are the techy and I love the latest and greatest type of person, this is the phone for you!

My wife picked this for her upgrade after having iphones. She loves it. Great battery life. Awesome camera. Edge to edge viewing screen. Huge storage.

I upgraded from an S7 and this is noticeably faster and with exponentially longer battery life. The camera is great too!
