Won't buy another unlocked Samsung phone

Also would have been nice if Best Buy employee explained unlocked phone differences. I don't like that Samsung loaded Facebook automatically as I can't uninstalled if I have problems with FB app. Verizon doesn't load FB on their locked phones. Have had issues with the FB app, it closes out suddenly for no reason. Also wasn't happy that some Verizon features aren't available on the unlocked phones even if you have Verizon service. I miss their voicemail app and a few other options. BB didn't have any Verizon S10 phones left so I had to buy unlocked one. He said it was even better than Verizon but that was his opinion. I went to another store to pick up. I brought it to the mobile desk to connect with Verizon. She didn't even check to make sure the phone accepted calls/texts. Had to call Verizon and get it working properly. She had 1 job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBattery life good, FPS not so much
