Bought for my wife and her fingerprints simply do not work to unlock. Also, swipe to text is not accurate and the volume controls are buried (lacking master volume control with button).

After only 3 months, battery life does not last a full day, even with minimal texting, snap, instagram use. Others I know who own this same phone can snap and text AND view sports games/ view videos, etc on their battery life.

Great phone, overall however there are glitches with it - not sure if it’s worth the $$$. Much better if it was a note. Within the allotted time to return tried to do so & exchange for note 10 & they wouldn’t do it.

Is a good phone, so far. But I'm still fall in love with Google pixel. My recommendation you can buy it, but have a issues, with cam, videos sometimes and other stuff. Pics are awesome and videos. But not falling for him.

I made this purchase just a few day ago. My phone arrived just as said the next day what shocked me was the condition. It arrived torn apart filled with dust like it had been sitting open in a corner somewhere. I bought a brand new unlocked phone that is not how it should have arrived. In the condition it arrived I actually am really If it is even a new phone. How can they even send it to me in that condition is unreal to me this is my first time buying from Best Buy and it will be my last.

Over rated. Cost to much. I brought this s10 because I thought is was a 5G. It's not. I would not recommend this phone. I had aLG before. I wish I upgraded to a LG.

Love Samsung but not this hone. Drops calls, cuts out in the middle of a conversation, and sounds like a tidbit talking to 5he person 9n the other end quite often.

I don't know whether it's just my problem but it often doesn't switch to wifi connection automatically. I have to manually switch it to wifi when I return home.

Not sure if its due to being an open box purchase but it is glitchy.. shuts down,locks up. Apps don't always fu cation properly. Poor service reception.

I have no complaints the only thing is this phone I can't activate the hotspot for this phone.

I bought this as an upgrade to my old Samsung phone. After spending $$$ on iPhones, I found Samsung and was very happy with it which made me buy S10. Unfortunately, it disappointed me. The battery started draining quickly within few months of use, pictures in any lighting comes out to be poor. When I requested customer care to look into the matter , they wanted me to reset phone to factory settings. I have S9 too which is a much better phone than S10

The phone is fine. But, the built-in screen protector didn't last more than few months and it is not covered by any warranty.

The phone is great but the down side is the battery sucks dies real quick specially when I need the gps for 5 hours.

Would not have bought the phone if I knew what ring tones it has. Do not like any of them. Not loud enough.

Bought this phone March 8th. Bricked last night. Not responsive to anything. Wont respond to charging or hard resetting. I have been shuffled between Samsung and Best Buy for support. Unhappy and not satisfied.

It’s a very good and easy to use phone, but after some time the software feels sucky.

Still trying to figure the darn thing out. Wish there was a printed manual with it.

expensive piece of just no one can explain why my phone tweeking samsung wont me to take it to there local repair and SEND IT IN TO SAMSUNG if repair shop cant fix it BUT PART IS YOU ARE 'WITHOUT" A PHONE AGAIN FOR A WEEK OR TWO

One of the best phones I had until I damaged it by being careless. It was fully functional for the 5 years that I had it. Very fast, good battery life and great camera quality. If I didn't damage it i would still have it, but it was a great phone for the era in which it was made
