Kept in an OtterBox case and used a screen protector so it was well maintained. Then, randomly, it dropped calls than it connects, texts would take days to go through, and would not connect to Wi-Fi consistently. I've updated the phone daily since, and I still have the same issues. No one at the store, my provider, or Samsung could offer a justifiable explanation as to why the phone stopped being functional, nor would either of those companies reimburse me or compensate me for my issues, so I'm stuck with this lemon until my contract expires. I've always had Galaxy phones, and now I'll never buy them again.

You do not get all the features that you would with a carrier. The battery does not last long and the camera isn't as good as all the reviews say it is. If I could I would return it. It has been a waste of good money for me.

It barely lasted 5 weeks and then had the screen glitching after an update. It was a hardware issue and had to be completely replaced. FYI- take to Samsung and not Best Buy for help. I had to pay $200 replacement fee at Best Buy. They did not inform me to go to Samsung at the time.

But this is a great phone nonetheless. It has a great camera, great battery life. Nice display. I loved this phone and probably would have still had it if i hadn't lost it.

Didn't buy warranty so I'm out of money. It had a huge case on too. Would not recommend this fragile piece of garbage to anyone. Phone stopped Working after 6 months

In the beginning of June it sarted to malfunction. There was no physical damage to the phone. It doesn't want to turn on anymore.
