this phone sucks worked for a month an a half keeps saying sim card problem got a new sim and still doesn't work .

Phone is ok, have never been able to use just data, must be connected to wifi.

think I wasted money on this one i have the s9 s 10 is no different

They take away a lot of features, I'm bummed out, others I can't figure out...

that is really a tough phone for the price i didn't expect to last all that time 5 years and still works like new

I’ve had this phone for about two months now and I love it the screen is absolutely amazing and the pictures are great too and I had a Google pixel 3a And an iPhone 11 but I wanted to give Samsung a try with the S10 definitely worth the money I got it in prism white and it looks amazing also the night mode is really good and Samsung is one UI 2 looks great on top of Android

Overall a good phone. I had a S8 before and needed more memory. My S8 camera had better colors than this S10. This phone is a good size for me. I got an unlocked phone this time in case of future travel. But there are some drawbacks to that. I have an AT&T plan, but AT&T doesn't allow Wifi calling on unlocked phones. I need it because where I live the cellular signal is very weak. Also, some features of visual voice mail don't work because this is an unlocked phone. I'm not satisfied with the cameras on this phone because I take a lot of pictures. Wish I would have bought an S20 because of its better cameras. Also, I couldn't trade in my old S8 because the store was closed due to Covid-19 and I had to transfer data from my old phone to the new at home. Previous years I got good trade-ins on my phones. In addition, this phone is overpriced given the state of the economy. I had hoped for a much larger saving.

Pros: faster, bigger screen(I had S7 before), gorgeous screen. camera hole looks strange but can live it has 3.5mm outlet now I can charge and listen to music at the same time Cons: Battery(I have to watch lots of youtube on how to disable so many settings to get more battery juice) Bestbuy still advertising that you can get Samsung airpod just beware there is a cutoff date of 3/7 Finger scanner You have to buy extra wireless charging base, i dont think I will be buying it just use usb c for now

I am not sure if the issues my husband and I are having are Samsung issues or Verizon issues. But my next phone is going to be an Apple. I owned an S7 and loved it, but there were no more updates. And my husband's LG suddenly died. So in October 2020, I researched new phones. The S20 was getting bad reviews, with users complaining it had been rushed to market. After reading many positive reviews, we purchased the S10. I waited to write a review. The phones needed updates. We had a learning curve. But I have made several phone calls to Verizon with technical issues. The most infuriating one is the lack of Tap Responsiveness. It has more of a Slap Responsiveness. The Bluetooth works when it feels like it. We both get lousy service. The phone comes with a pre-installed screen cover, but you have to inform each and every tech of this feature who try to argue with you that it's just a dust cover. The Bixby button is a truly annoying feature. And because of button placements, I have taken more screenshots than any other human being alive. I truly HATE this phone. But it does have a good camera; hence, two stars instead of one.

I have a Verizon account that unfortunately Best Buy can't touch, however I used the trade in promotion to purchase an unlocked phone, to my surprise wifi calling and visual voicemail are supported for Verizon and this thing is a beast of a phone, the only thing I have not tested yet is Voice over LTE.

i had it going on for 1 half to 2 years. And I love it. Even though my upgrade coming i think I keep it a little ling.
