This phone is small, fast, and definitely a better camera. Glad I upgraded.

Love the s10e! Smaller form factor, still has a headphone jack, super fast and smooth scrolling. It's like someone overhauled my S7. I really wanted a flip, so it would fit in my pocket, but I'm used to the S7 size, so it was a good enough trade off. Had to get a new one, glad it wasn't &800 bucks! If you're hesitating, don't. Buy this phone. I took a look at it in the local Best Buy store, where they were out of stock. Since I had to have the phone immediately, the rep told me I could purchase from the BB site online and pick it up at the store in the next town, and when I pick it up they would help me set up the new phone, transfer stuff, etc. Bought it online, drove 70 miles to the next town's BB, they activated it as I picked it up and told me that since I bought it online, I would have to set it up myself. Because it was activated at pickup, my old phone no longer worked... So I had to sit there in the store and figure out how to set up my phone myself so I would at least have a phone for the 70 mile road trip home in the dark, while the Bastrop BB rep talked to a coworker, trying to ignore me. Not a great experience, wasn't going to say anything, but you asked for my opinion.

Easy to use. Camera is great. Very light and slender. Not bulky.

I like the size of the phone, great pictures and easy to move around.

Downgrading my previous review from 2 stars to 1 star. I accidentally dropped the phone before my Otterbox arrived in the mail and the back shattered, and there's some cracking on the screen as well. I have had this phone for 48 hours and it is already broken. On the second trip to the Verizon store, they were finally able to get my phone hooked up to the Verizon network. We went through three SIM cards before it would work. I have managed to localize the bloatware. I have removed and disabled everything I could. Then I placed about 20 apps in folders that I could not remove and that I will never use. I still have two calendar apps since I'm already so tied into the Google calendar, but I found the settings to turn off notifications on the Samsung calendar. I disabled and force stopped what I could of Bixby. I have never used one of those voice assistants and I don't see myself starting to anytime soon. Overall, I don't see it as much of an improvement over my old Samsung J3. Yes, it is faster and has more hard disk space. But it also has substantially more bloatware than the J3 and is far less durable. I had this phone for less than 48 hours before it cracked, whereas I have had my J3 for two years with barely a scratch.

I’ve only had this a few weeks. But so far I love it and it’s been great. I’ve had previous galaxies. The upgrade it great. Great camera. I like the size but still has a good screen size. Does everything I need or want. The fingerprint sensor works great. Haven’t tried the face sensor yet. Overall a great little phone!

My first smart phone was a Samsung s3. Tried Motorola then an s7. Now s10e. I've been happy with every samsu g phone so far. I also have the tab s3. Excited to try the Dex feature of this phone as I have no experience with it yet. Camera is awesome. Overall the phone is lightning fast. Very happy with it.

This was an upgrade from my Samsung S5. The features on this phone make it a great versatile phone. Easy to use and the camera upgrades on the S10 are unbelievable. Once again Samsung has produced another awesome product.

I purchased this phone for my husband coming from a iPhone 6s. I was looking at the iPhone XR and this phone. Honestly, this one has a better camera, bigger screen, and I believe the better value for the money. This keyboard is so much easier for him to see as well. Highly recommend this phone.

My wife is very happy with this phone. She loves the quality of the camera as she uses it for all of our kids' sporting events and activities. It has a strong battery life and reception seems good so far. I would recommend this phone.

AMAZING camera. I mean, I'm sure it works great as a phone, too, but really, who uses them to make calls anymore? Great for gaming & social media, long battery life, absolutely no complaints. But seriously, the camera is incredible.

I bought this phone to replace my s7 samsung. I have never been a fan of an edge curve phone. This one is similar to s7 and smaller than the other s10 or s10 plus. It is what I like and it does not disappoint. Best of all, it has 128gb and better price point.

This is my first Samsung cellphone. I chose the Galaxy S10e because of its compact size. Though smaller than its Galaxy "brothers" it boasts the same powerful features. And the camera is truly best-of-class. I also appreciated Best Buy's free shipping and on-time delivery. Thank you.

This phone does it all and a few extras. The size is better than the S9 for a person with small hands. Between the powerful processor and upgraded storage size, I can just about run my business from it. I'm sure that it also makes a great phone!

I love samsung phones but hate the curved screen so going from an S9 to this was like coming home. Battery life is better too. Fingerprint scanner is a little more sensitive but I kind of like that. Don't really mess with face ID. Camera is awesome as well.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S7 to this S10e, cannot believe the difference in performance! It is so much faster, it's like night and day! AND I appreciate that this phone is pretty much the same size as my old S7, and it's not huge like my wife's S9.

This camera is everything that I wanted. It has good battery life and an excellent camera. I had an S7 before and this is a great upgrade without changing the way the phone works. Love it!
