After hearing so many positive reviews on the Galaxy line I finally waded into the Samsung pool and I think I made a mistake. The volume buttons stick constantly to where I can't change volume at all and if I can, it's all the way up or all the way down, they stick terribly. The proximity sensor is a nightmare, constantly hanging up on people, calling random numbers, turning on the speakerphone function, the sensor just doesn't do what it's supposed to, never experienced this on any phone let alone one at this price point. Bluetooth connectivity to my car or portable speaker is hit and miss, many disconnections. I've kept it in an otterbox case since purchase, never damaged it's just a glitchy phone that obviously needs some fixes from Samsung. At this point I'm not at all happy that I bought this phone, should've stayed where I was with a phone costing a third the price and none of the above issues.
