I have a ton of apps downloaded on it and it continues to work without any issues. Its a perfect size and the images on the screen are clear. The touch sensor works great for fingerprint ID. Camera is pretty decent though not top of the line. I do love the extra built in camera modes though :) Overall, I'm happy I upgraded and recommend this phone.

Works well for a year old flagship phone. With Samsung promising three years of updates for their flagship and mid-range phones Samsung phones are starting to look pretty good options, especially if you don't want to upgrade yearly or bi-yearly. I'll probably keep this phone until it no longer gets updates or breaks and will get the previous year's Galaxy S series phone or current year's Galaxy A5x or A7x (mid-range) series.

She has had the Samsung s10e since 2/22/20 and hasn't had one complaint yet. The phone operation is critical for her, she needs it to work, get good reception, be understood, and to hear clearly what is being said. The Samsung Galaxy s10e is working perfectly for her and since she's happy, I'm happy.
