Physically easy to use, right sized for one hand. Very responsive, great cameras. Could do without Bixby and its button but otherwise no complaints!

Just upgraded to this from a Galaxy S6. I just love this phone. It has a solid feel, the screen is very vibrant and it's very fast. I'm not a mobile phone gamer but I'm sure this phone can handle it. It's packed with features such as a finger print scanner, etc. I was very surprised that Samsung and Verizon allow you to delete a lot of the bloat from this phone. No more Facebook! I definitely would recommend this phone.

Phone has good battery life and is much faster as as well as smaller in size than my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge which I think is a good thing.

I actually like this a bit better than the "regular" S10. The form factor is easier to use and there is zero drop off in features or performance that I can tell from my other S10. If you're on the fence between the two, I'd highly recommend saving some money and going for the S10e

I think all the S10's are great, but the S10e fits in my jeans pocket where the other two just won't. The screen resolution is really good and the colors are Samsung great. The phone seems really responsive. The speakers sound very good on a call. I like the flat screen better than the curved one on the other two. You won't be disappointed with this phone. Battery life seems good so far.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S7 and it's about the same size, much lighter, better screen and just a all around nice phone.

Upgraded to this phone from the S8. Was already familiar with the unlocked version of this phone as my husband got one last summer. I knew that this was the phone I planned to upgrade to when the time came. Very pleased with the size, quality and features of this phone. Camera takes great pictures. Phone updated to Android 10 immediately upon activating. Not a significant difference between this and the S8 but Best Buy had a super deal on this S10e so I couldn't pass it up.

My Samsung Galaxy 4 died & I dreaded learning something new. The Samsung 10e is light weight, easy to handle & versatile. At 76 I'll NEVER learn all the great things it can do but, hey.....I can text, Google & knock myself out reading for hours while waiting at the doctor's office. Who could ask for more!!! PS....I wish I looked as good.

Upgraded from an S6 that gave out suddenly. Needed a phone same day. Basically the same user interphase with face buttons relocated to the screen rather than bezel. The S 10E fit in a S6 case and blocked the annoying Bixby button. Win win in my book. It comes with a screen protector included. The edge menu is handy. This phone is more customizable than my S6 too. I turned off the Bixby silliness. A really decent compact phone with plenty of storage.

This is a great phone. Light weight, wonderful screen, great camera, and fast speed. My husband loves his also.

Overall a great phone. I had a S6 that had gotten so old that it wasn't working very well anymore (battery life, storage ability, etc). This is way better, and not horribly overpriced. Say 10 years ago upgrading your phone got you a huge improvement. Now it gets you a bit more storage and a _slightly_ better camera. This is not the days of going from 100k to a 200k pixels which was a huge improvement in camera. This is the days for camera that the software maybe does a little better with low light or something and goes from 10M to 11M pixels. Plus I am old school and still believe a really good camera is not in your phone. (I don't care how many pixels your tiny chip claims, it isn't going to look as good as a much bigger area of pixels from a dedicated larger camera that has at least reasonable number of pixels.) I do have a digital SLR type camera, but I still think my analog SLR does a overall better job. Screen size was very close to my S6 so not a big deal. If you need the biggest screen this is not the phone for you. I like to carry my phone in my pocket so I don't want a huge tablet that is trying to masquerade as a phone. I hate the idea of a phone that lists for over $1,000, it just shouldn't be that bad yet. I can build my gaming rig for less. And the phone can't do as much. This does everything I need a phone to do. If you want to impress others with specs, this isn't the phone for you. If you want a phone that does everything you need, but doesn't need to be a status symbol, this is a great smartphone.

I upgraded from an S6 to the S10e. I am really enjoying my new phone. It's quick on the apps and chrome and takes good pictures. I wasn't sure if I wanted the S10e or the S10, but I only do basic stuff with my phone like text and check email and play games. So it's good enough for me.

This phone was on sale for a great price and I purchased it to replace my aging Galaxy S7. What an improvement! It's much faster and with the 128 GB of memory, has plenty of room for apps. I also added an SD card to hold photos. Best Buy set it up for me and transferred everything from my old phone to the new one while I waited. For the price, this is a great phone and Best Buy's service is top notch!

Awesome camera quality and long battery life! Smaller size fits in pocket

Bought for my wife who complained about the larger phones being made today. This phone fits what she wanted. She loves the speed and festures the phone has. That nothing was compromised with the smaller size. The price was great with the ssle price offered by bestbuy.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S5. I really like this phone. The size is not too big and fits in my pocket nicely. I don't want one of the new giant screen phones, so this works well for me. It's a huge step up from the S5 in terms of speed and bluetooth connectivity, but them again it should be considering the technology that is out now compared to when I bought my S5.

Nice size, Sufficient memory space and a very nice camera. Easy to use.
