I've been putting off replacing my 5 year old Galaxy S7. When I saw this phone on sale I decided this was the time. I knew my old phone was slow, but I can't believe the speed difference. The S20+ is a little larger than I really wanted but the price was right. Web pages render so much faster, apps open so much faster. I love the fast charge capability. The battery life is great. I am not constantly on my phone, I use it off and on for 4 to 5 hours each evening. I can go 3 or 4 days without charging the phone.

I switched over from using iPhone to Samsung after having some customer service issues. It has taken a little while having to switch and learn stuff from iPhone to Samsung but should get used to it eventually. I particularly love my battery lasts way much more and also charges super fast! Camera also has way much better quality!

Love this phone. Good camera, great call quality, georgous screen, and I really like the blue color. The 120 Hz screen makes everything buttery smooth. Only complaint would be the in screen fingerprint sensor. It's being picky, because it does work pretty good, but I don't understand why they would get away from the rear one, when it worked better. I also love the size. Not to big like the ultra or note line, and not to small. I actually tried the regular S20 first, but returned it for this, and am happier with the extra screen real estate. Also a nice touch is Samsung includes a screen protector, that's already installed.

Had a S8+ it was time to upgrade and wow, what a amazing great phone this is. The speed, the storage, the ease. You will not be disappointed!! So far so good, loving this device!

Great phone and pictures. Nice large screen. The tech forgot to transfer the sim card to the new phone. Had to trouble shoot with at&t. It's a bit pricey.

Very fast and responsive. Plenty of room for apps and 5g is awesome. I bought this phone for my wife and have not heard a single bad thing.

If you are looking for a phone that smokes the Iphone 12 Pro Max in price, screen size (this is 6.7 of screen while iphone is slightly smaller), expandable memory, adjustable resolution and framerate, significantly more powerful camera (64 megapixels on s20+ vs. 12 megapixels on the iphone 12 pro max), and RAM (12 gbs on s20+ and 6 gbs on Pro Max), then this is the phone for you. The con is the silly film that is built onto the screen. I'm not sure what its made from but its scratches and dings pretty easily if you have nails.

Everything about this phone is fast. Screen is bright and vivid. Battery charges fast, and life is decent. Camera has great capabilities.

I love this phone. At first I thought the screen size would be too big but its actually perfect for watching videos and shows. Also the battery life so far is better than any previous Galaxy I've ever had. I'm a heavy phone user throughout the day, from social media to my various movie/TV show streaming apps and the s20+ lasts ALL day and then into the next day. I would highly recommend it to Samsung lovers.

I've always been an iPhone guy. Ever since I switched over to android life has never been easier. With a top notch camera and super fast response this is probably Samsung's best phone ever. I do use this mostly for office work and then leisure time but the camera on this phone will blow your mind. Galaxy 20 plus is one of the best phones yet

Replaced a Samsung S7 with this phone. This phone is faster, with more features than you can use. It's bigger than the S7 in size, but not too big. The camera is excellent, with outstanding quality. The screen design is "nice," and and anything on it looks great. Although still very expensive, like all cell phones today, the price was a little more tolerable during the holiday promotions.

I upgraded from Samsung S8 plus, so this was 3 yr from my last phone. The new S20+ is the same width and slightly taller than S8+. Weight wise, I cannot tell the difference. Everyone raves about the camera, which I understand, because it's really good and the 30x zoom is awesome. However, I'd like to point out few things that Samsung did right. Previous phones have too many side buttons. Now, we are left with 3 buttons (vol up, vol down, power). Bixby is now just an option (Yes!). As the curve angle is reduced, there's more side grip. I liked the curve, but it made the phone harder to hold. Now, it's easier. As this has massive RAM, it feels smoother. For those who have old phones like me, then this is great.
