    +very smooth going from app to app, day and a half battery life if in 4g, great size and usable without my glasses, ease of customization, very nice pictures without effort and editing, quick charging, beautiful blue color from Best Buy, overall a great phone to use -front screen gets scratched way too easily (not even sure how or what), battery life in 5g goes much faster, no headphone jack (expected with most phones now). The scratches are the worst. They may just be in the protective shield that comes pre-installed, but they are truly awful with no reason to be there

    the phone is not as practical (for me) as the Samsung 9. Example, the volume was switch to the right side, and you can no longer press the screen bottom to wake the phone up.

    Does not keep time. I have tried different fixes but nothing fixes the problem! Probably not a problem with all Samsung cell phones. I just got unlucky.

    This is a nice phone with great features. I’m giving a 3-star because Best Buy Customer Service was awful. I would never purchase a phone from Best Buy again.

    I like the phone but I have had multiple minor issues such as the Bluetooth losing connection over and over.

    My one star is because I cannot honestly review THIS phone. I've heard superior things about the S20 plus. However, THIS phone was not an unsold phone from 2020. THIS phone, which I purchased from Best Buy Online April 26, 2021 had been purchased originally in September of 2020, registered with Samsung, snd worse, probably hacked, screwed up, returned... and sold to me. Knowingly? I'd hope not, because that's a fraudulent sale. My star is for the amazing representative at my local Best Buy for making the return, refund and AT&T contract void easy and painless. He was professional and kind. This was the first and very last time I will ever buy from Best Buy online. I'd rather wait in a store for and hour than go through days of frustration trying to use a hacked phone. Especially when phone calls to Best Buy corporate were virtually worthless.

    I don't like the way the earbud jack is set up. If I need to charge my phone and use wired ear buds it is impossible because now it only has one outlet instead of 2 and the outlet is the same as charger so you need to by an extra accessory if they even make one

    Phone is good. O will never buy one on line form Best buy again. It had not directions on how to set it up with the phone company. Once I gt them what a Pain in the a** to get it activated.

    Really contemplating returning this phone. All buttons on one side is almost a deal breaker but then add in the no home button when screen is locked. It makes this phone almost impossible to use. Really hating ot

    I ordered this phone thru Best Buy because they had the best price, it was cheaper than getting it thru AT&T. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong size sim card so I cannot use the phone. When I contacted customer service I was told that "They can fix that at any store" I ordered online in order to AVOID going to a store, and a new sim should have been sent to me when I contacted customer service. I don't want to go to a store so for now the phone sits in its box. A waste of money for now

    The first one would get so hot you could barely hold it. I received the second one and it has no signal most of the time. My A10 antique was alot better/faster phone. If you like "dail up" speeds..this is the phone for you.

    I did a trade in, my iPhone 11 Pro for S20 at Samsung website (BTW you cant write reviews). I'm gonna compare this to my recent iPhone & I must say I am very disappointed with Samsung. the finger print is poorly done, in most cases I have to put my thump on the screen multiple times to unlock it & in some cases I just give up & type in my passcode which I made it long for security reasons. the face recognition is off too, most cases it does not work & if its dark its not gonna work at all. speaking of dark, when I'm in bed I look to read a little before I sleep. I use my phone & I lower the brightness to as low as it goes. if the phone locks & you want to unlock it, the screen gets extremely bright & it dimes down when you unlock it. in regards to the camera, I'm not a professional but I can say my wife's iPhone XR (low end model) takes better pictures then mine. In regards to typing, Samsung added all the numbers & letters in the keyboard which makes them very small (unlike the iPhone, does not have the #s). it is so easy to miss type anything. I'm constantly correcting myself & it can get frustrating at times. keep in mind, ive reset finger print & face recognition multiple times & gone through multiple settings & still does not make a difference. Over all in my opinion I must say that I would not recommend this phone.
