I had the Samsung 8+ and really liked it. I was having issues with it or I would have kept it longer. Since everything is going to 5G, I decided to upgrade to S20+ . The transfer was seamless, the easiest so far. In alot of ways it is the same phone I had. Some of the apps are different so there is some getting use to that. The camera is good, night time is much improved. I am still learning about the phone and what it can do. The battery does last longer than my previous phone as well. Was it worth the money I paid for it as an upgrade? The jury is still out but it is, so far, a good reliable phone.

I have been a previous Samsung Galaxy owner and I am enjoying the new S20+ version and the faster response when searching for items online. The battery is long lasting and the camera has really improved. I am looking forward to exploring more new options with this phone, as I have only owned in a short time so far. However currently, I am very pleased with it.

I was so happy with my s10 and then I dropped it. The screen replacement for Samsung is 350 minimum. So I just upgraded to s20. Honestly since the s9 I can't tell the difference between them. They are all excellent performers. Only difference is the camera and the phone grew Slightly. The pics are amazing. Better than any other brand. Every other brand is far behind.

I purchased the S20+, & had a trade in, so I was prepared for it to take some time. They seemed short staffed for a launch, but the staff went above & beyond. I was 1st helped by a manager Grace (customer service) she started the process as JD ( I believe was his name) was helping others. Yasmin, then took over when her shift started & completed the trade in & purchase. She had an issue due to my needing texts (from my mother who passed) & too much more, so the transfer of data to my new cell took longer than expected. Liz (representing Samsung) took over & assured me she would ensure all worked for me. She used the cable to speed it up, & even did a backup onto my memory card just incase. She went to lunch late & only after leaving directions for Yasmin to call her interrupting her lunch if I needed. It took longer then I had wished but it was completely my fault for having so much to transfer. While sitting I must make note that JD helped several while I sat there & some elderly, he listened & provided solutions to each & every person (Best Buy) needs to know this worker is representing them on a level that's unheard of from today's youth. Liz, as well returned checking on me constantly, until all was completed to my satisfaction. The staff at the mobile department at Union Square is professional, & exceptional! Thank each of you that yes did your job, but with compassion, respect and diligence.

I have enjoyed my Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G phone. It's an easy to use, responsive device with great screen refresh speeds and a very good battery life. Connectivity to cellular and Wi-Fi networks is strong an stable. It's a great phone for business and personal use. I strongly recommend it.

Compact size - can fit in jeans pocket. Picture quality is brilliant. Sound quality is also excellent. Price at Best Buy was in the range I desired. My only complaint is that the touch screen is very sensitive and it takes some time to get used to this sensitivity.

Finally was able to upgrade from my galaxy S8 Active and I'm glad I did. Best Buy had this for $200 off and the curb side pick up worked perfectly. The phone is amazing, the 120 refresh rate is smooth. Camera is great. Only had it for a few weeks but no complaints.

Easy to setup and transfer all my apps and games. Still getting lost with how different the UI is but still user friendly. Camera is superb and on point! It produces nice and crisps pictures and amazing facial recognition. Battery life is amazing.

Love the phone---ticked off about the salesman

I love my new phone. The only drawback was when I specifically asked the salesman (a Samsung Rep) if a newer model would be coming out soon and he told me "No". I would have waited if he had been truthful. However, 3 weeks later, the Samsung Galaxy S21 was advertised for sale at Best Buy. I was really ticked off that the Samsung Rep at Best Buy wasn't truthful to me and was tempted to take it back. However, I had already set up my plan and the transfer of data, so I decided to keep it. The phone is great, but I'm still angry that the Samsung rep didn't tell me about the new model that was coming out in less than a month!

Samsung has come a long way with their software and hardware. This is a very good phone. Samsung UI is solid, battery life is top notch, display is crisp, and the camera gives you great detail even in the worst lighting. Can't think of any weakness.

    S20+ is Truly Great

I traded in my S8+ for the S20+, so the difference was very obvious to me once I started playing with the phone. Size-wise, it’s not too much bigger than my old phone, and I quite like the size since I have small hands and refrained from getting the Note20 Ultra because it was too bulky for my tastes. For me, the standout feature of the S20+ is the 120hz display, which is honestly amazing and makes the phone worth the price. I’ve only had the phone for a few hours, so I can’t say anything about battery power, but if you keep the 120hz on, which you will, know that the battery life will be affected. Going from a three year old phone to a brand new one, maybe my review won’t be the most helpful, but so far, I really enjoy the S20+ and would recommend it to anyone looking at Samsung for their new phone.

Fast, great display, battery life is awesome, listen to podcasts for 8 - 9 hours during my shift and it has more than enough juice to last you to the next day. Camera is very clear when you are able to get it to focus. Worth it!

I have used a wide variety of android phones and this one by far is the best! Processing speed is fantastic. Smooth transitions when using multiple apps. Not thrilled with all the preinstalled AT&T apps, but this does not deter from the impressiveness of this phone. I have not had any issues with the biometric security. Used facial recognition and print. I am more partial with the print and it reads my thumb print quickly with no issues. The screen and camera are phenomenal! Voice quality on the handset is extremely clear. I am also using Bose wireless QuiteComfort 35 II and SoundSport Free Wireless headphones with it with zero issues. Phone calls and music are clean and very enjoyable. This is one of those phones where the money justifies the quality. I'm looking forward to years of use.

I'm a phone freak. I've carried all iPhones, Galaxy's, blackberry, OnePlus, and Huawei (before the US ban) devices for the last 3-4 years so I'm rarely content with the device I'm carrying. With that said, the s20 plus excels in some areas and falters in others. Strengths: Display, design, speakers, features. The display is absolutely beautiful on this phone. I really enjoy the fact that the strong curves in the screen are gone and the device has more of a flat front. The speakers are great for most environments and since it's a Samsung you know it's packed with ever feature imaginable. Weaknesses: Battery life, camera, graphics processing. The battery life could be better, although I'm getting through my day with about 30% battery remaining. I have my phone set to auto dim and I keep the refresh rate at 120. The camera was better on my 11 pro max I traded for this device but in most cases I'm still getting great photos. Graphics processing refers to gaming. If you play graphic intensive games on this phone you may be let down. If you're looking for a phone that has tons of features but won't cost an arm and a leg try the OnePlus phones. If you don't care about price and want almost every feature cell phones offer, give this one a go.
