I love that this phone is fast and has a nice sized screen to watch videos. THE SMART VIEW is a great app to mirror your content to a Samsung TV wirelessly that is built in to this well made phone.

I was ready for an upgrade, my S8+ battery was not maintaining its charge, so it was another Galaxy or a Note, I had a Note before my S8+ and the note 20 was about to be released. I compared the two and found that the S20 had important specs that were better or higher than the Note 20 (storage capacity, ram, pixels). Although the processor on the Note 20 is slightly better, the stylist on the S20 was not enough for me to ignore the those three specs and I also watched some very positive reviews on the S20. I went with the S20, it's an awesome phone. You do need a case right from the start because of its sleek design, but a screen protector is already installed and I thought that was fantastic!!

for starters the camera takes really good pictures for the most part. The 30x zoom is pretty cool. Long battery life and can do most things with ease. That's the good. The bad. Some times the phone is really laggy at doing things. From loading pictures on fb or other social media apps to repeatedly stopping videos to buffer on movie or show apps. I find this really annoying for a phone at this price especially since these were not issues on my lg v40 I had before upgrading to this. I've noticed unusually long load times on music apps also. But again not issues with my LG v40 that's been out for 2 yrs! Not sure if it's something with the phone or maybe even at&t's network. Thought about doing a factory reset but honestly I have a lot of stuff saved to the phone and not sure if I wanna waste my time on it if it isn't going to speed the phone up any. Anyways I wouldn't spend money on another one of these.

Got the S20+ 128GB version. Very easy to transfer contents from my old LG phone. I really like the S20+ phone. It has great display and camera, nice size RAM, and fast speed for apps.

My S8 Active battery had begun to swell resulting in a potential hazard forcing me to purchase a new phone even though the old one was just over 2.5 years old. I had done a great deal of research on the Galaxy S20 series and decided that although I could purchase the S20 at a lower price with my carrier A&T, I would go with the mid-range S20+ model which supports both 5G network technologies. In the past couple of week of ownership, I have adjusted myself to the differences between the S8 Active and the S20+ and find myself really liking the S20+. The transaction at Best Buy was very quick and easy. I was pleased at how easy it was to make the purchase.

Love my Galaxy s20 + very fast. The one thing I do not care for is a software update that Samsung sent out shortly after my purchase. I had made most of the settings and changes I wanted to personalize it and a software update wiped out most of them. The one thing that really upset me was I prefer Google Voice over Samsung voice. The software update made it so that in order to have Google voice everyday I must go into my settings and reset it once the phone had been turned off. I understand Samsung wants you to use Samsung features but if they want that then their Samsung voice should be developed as well as Google Voice. Other than that fantastic fast phone.

Upgraded from the 8S+ when the battery swelled and cracked the back open. This one is virtually the same but with more storage and a slightly fancier camera.

Great for beautiful pictures and video nice size very easy to use and always bought Samsung and they keep getting better and better

I love this phone. The screen is beautiful and I love how their are barely any bezels. I used to have the Note 10 Plus but never really used the pen. I can't get over how gorgeous the screen is. Faster fits in my short stubby hands very well. You will definitely need a case though or you will make some accidental touches. The phone is expensive but the trade in program allows you so save so much money!!

I love the phone. Its so fast and amazing. The screen quality is good. It takes good pictures and it operates seamlessly. The memory is great as well.

I love this phone. Large screen with large battery that lasts me a whole day and then some. The aura blue color is beautiful.

I love Android and I love the screen size. Its super easy to move my info from the old phone to the new one. The camera quality is phenomenal!

So this is an amazing phone with all of the latest features from 120hz refresh rate as well as high resolution and very good battery life

phone has a very quick start up and opens and runs apps much faster than my previous phone. the camera is amazing and tons of extra memory can be added

This s20 + is the way to go. best camera I have ever seen on a phone. Ultra fast battery charging and battery lasts a long time between charges.

Great deal on Thanksgiving day. Phone is fantastic, great camera. A little big, but still fits in pocket even with phone case.

Love the S20 plus especially with 5G. It's lightening fast the camera is awesome and it's very easy to do whatever your into.

Love the Samsung products they are easy to maneuver though. I have never had a problem with there phones. Takes great pictures.
