This phone was an upgrade from the S8. It's faster and has more storage. I'm not into taking pictures but the camera is better.

Decided on this phone, because the 20 version had the SD card option, that the newer 21 no longer has.Transferring was super easy from my beloved Galaxy 7 (reason I had to upgrade was battery slowdown and still on 4G network). All I had to do was put them side by side on WiFi. Everything pretty much transferred including text messages, (but no WhatApps messages, so back up before if you need them). All apps transferred, though I did have to re-login to them. I am amazed at how much this phone can do; discovered built in QR code reader, as opposed to needing an app on the Galaxy, and loved that it has a scanner option in the camera. Have only had it for 3 weeks so sure there will be more pleasant surprises to come. Finally, the other reason for this purchase was getting a new phone for $500 off the original full price and the Aura blue color, which is a tad darker than the Coral blue of my Galaxy 7 edge. I use clear cases with floral designs, so the color does show thru.

Love the new phone. Was an upgrade from a Samsung galaxy S8. Takes awesome pictures. Still figuring out all it can do. With the 5G its super fast internet speed, downloading things is really quick. Would make a great upgrade for any phone. The team at Best Buy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks

Best upgrade decision! I have only had this phone for a short time and I upgraded from a S8+. The quality and features are outstanding. I love the camera and how clear it is. The sound is clear and great as well. I like how it performs and the overall design of the device.

I upgraded from a galaxy s7 to the galaxy s20 plus. There have been a lot of updates! I didn't realize that I was living the dark ages with smartphones! Lots of nice updates and easy to use.

I'm not really a techy person, but there are some features that I enjoy. I upgraded from a Galaxy 8+. The camera is awesome. The refresh time is great. I was between this phone and the Note 10+. I ended up with this phone because Best Buy didn't have the phone I needed in stock. I may be a little bias because this isn't really the phone I wanted. It's OK. Very much so over priced however.

I upgraded from my Galaxy 8+ and the transition was flawless. I love the preinstalled screen protection. The location of the fingerprint logon is perfect. The edge options are still accessible. The photos are a higher quality. I'm a senior and find it to be very user friendly. I love it!!!

Pretty much have stuck with Samsung on all my purchases. The S20+ does the job the wife wants. We are not big into taking pictures, so we could csre less about all the features of the camera. Good size phone, decent weight, not bulky, good battery life

I would highly recommend buying your next phone at Best Buy, my experience was wonderful, great price, easy & quick. Love my new phone. It is much bigger than my previous Galaxy 7 which I wasn't crazy about initially but but I've gotten use to it pretty quickly.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S10+ to this S20+ and it has been a very easy change. All of my apps and personalizations were copied to the new phone. The phone is similar in many ways but there are key upgrades that make this a fun phone to use. I definitely recommend this phone.

For the most part I like the phone. I don't notice any difference in speed with the 5g. Sometimes it actually seems slower. The camera seem on par with my S7, nothing really blows me away about it. Then again, I haven't probably explored all that it is capable of doing (I hope). Battery life is pretty good, happy with that. Overall, It seemed to be a really good price for the device.

Love my new phone I have had one for five years and could not wait for the new one to come out and I got it as soon as it came out I have told all my friends and they want one now as well. Love it and would get another one I got the blue one and love the color.

purchased and in love. upgraded my s7 to this and it was so much of a landslide to comparison it's ridiculous. Camera @ 30x is really good from up to a .25 mile away. it's unbelievable! Apple user's get ready to wait another 1.5-2 yrs to get this capability.

I was having some issues with my galaxy S9+ and after reading lots of reviews I snagged a S20+ this phone is fast and has everything you need in a phone. its 128gb internal storage and expandable memory makes its future proof for quite some time.

Love the phone so far other than a few lil things. But I am sure that will change the more I use the phone and learn what everything does. The cameras are great other than a self adjusting thing that happens with the foreground/background deal depending on distance and how far you are zoomed in. But once again sure it just because I do not really know how to use it all yet.

This is the most buttery smooth galaxy Samsung has released the 120hz is on point doesn't use to much battery of course you can tell a difference if you go back to 60hz but not bad no lag what so ever this the most happy I been with a galaxy phone.
